Hello, This is ENHYPEN Weverse. We would like to provide information on how to visit the Artist-Made Collection by ENHYPEN POP-UP in KAOHSIUNG and important guidelines for product purchases. [Event Details] * Operating Period: Saturday, January 31 – Sunday, February 22, 2026 * Operating Hours: Mon–Thu | 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (UTC+8) *Last entry by 9:30 PM Fri & Day Before Public Holiday | 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM (UTC+8) *Last entry by 10:00 PM Sat & Consecutive Holidays | 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM (UTC+8) *Last entry by 10:00 PM Sun & Public Holiday | 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (UTC+8) *Last entry by 9:30 PM ※ Operating hours during the Lunar New Year holiday may follow the department store’s official announcement. * Location: DREAM MALL 8F (8F., No.789, Jhonghua 5th Rd., Qianzhen Dist., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan) [Entry Guidelines] * The Artist-Made Collection by ENHYPEN POP-UP in KAOHSIUNG operates on a number ticket system, allowing entry in the order of tickets distributed on a first-come, first-served basis each day. * Numbered tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the department store opens.One ticket will be issued per person, and accompanying entry is not allowed. Number tickets are non-transferable. * Before the pop-up opens, please follow staff instructions and queue in the designated waiting area in order. * Entry may be restricted for any misconduct, such as cutting the line, leaving the queue, or causing inconvenience to others. * Use of chairs or tents while waiting is not permitted. * After the pop-up opens, please follow the on-site staff’s instructions and enter in order based on your ticket. * Depending on on-site conditions, ticket distribution may be replaced by general queuing and on-the-spot entry. * Visiting Time: Each guest may stay in the POP-UP for 40 minutes after entry. Mon–Thu, Fri & Day Before Public Holiday *Tickets distributed from 10:30 AM (Session 1: 11:10–11:50, Session 2: 12:00–12:40, Session 3: 12:50–13:30, Session 4: 13:40–14:20, Session 5: 14:30–15:10, Session 6: 15:20–16:00, Session 7: 16:10–16:50, Session 8: 17:00–17:40, Session 9: 17:50–18:30, Session 10: 18:40–19:20, Session 11: 19:30–20:10, Session 12: 20:20–21:00, Session 13: 21:10–Closing) Sat, Consecutive Holidays, Sun & Public Holiday *Tickets distributed from 10:00 AM (Session 1: 10:40–11:20, Session 2: 11:30–12:10, Session 3: 12:20–13:00, Session 4: 13:10–13:50, Session 5: 14:00–14:40, Session 6: 14:50–15:30, Session 7: 15:40–16:20, Session 8: 16:30–17:10, Session 9: 17:20–18:00, Session 10: 18:10–18:50, Session 11: 19:00–19:40, Session 12: 19:50–20:30, Session 13: 20:40–21:20, Session 14: 21:30–Closing) ※ On Sundays and public holidays, the last entry is at 9:30 PM. Therefore, Session 14 will not operate on those days. * Capacity: 50 persons per session * The number of people per session may vary depending on on-site conditions. * Please be in line 15 minutes before your session starts to ensure smooth entry. * Entry is allowed only once during your assigned session time. Re-entry is not permitted, and even if you enter late, you must leave according to the session end time (40 minutes). [Pop-up Store Policies] By entering the Artist-Made Collection by ENHYPEN POP-UP in KAOHSIUNG, all visitors are considered to have agreed to the following guidelines. * Products for sale and event items are limited in quantity and may sell out early. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pop-up space. * Entry of all animals is prohibited, except for guide dogs. * CCTV is in operation for safety inside the store. * Artist-Made Collection by ENHYPEN POP-UP in KAOHSIUNG is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur within the popup venue. * Video and photo recording may take place inside the pop-up store. Visitors' faces may be captured and the footage may be used on official social media channels or in other media. * Commercial photography without prior approval is not permitted. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Policy] * Payment methods include credit card, QR code payment, cash, LINE PAY payment. * Please ensure that the product is in good condition before making your payment. * Shopping bags are available for purchase. * Some products may have a purchase quantity limit per item. Please check in-store signage for details. * Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted. * If the purchased product is defective, exchanges or refunds are only available during the pop-up operation period with a receipt. * Refunds for defective items are only available if the same item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged for the same item and a refund will be issued instead. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange it for a different item of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. * When requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied. * Exchanges require approval from POP-UP staff and may be denied for the following reasons: - If there are signs of use or wear - If the product label or tag is missing or damaged - If the product has been damaged due to customer negligence - If the product has been opened or damaged, or if any components or packaging are missing or broken * For promotional gift items, minor defects such as dents, scratches, or pressure marks 5mm or smaller are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange or refund. * The final decision on all exchanges and refunds lies with the POP-UP operations team.
