[STORE INFO] * DATES: 2026.02.06(FRI) - 2026.02.22(SUN) * HOURS: 2026.02.06(FRI) - 2026.02.08(SUN) (opening weekend): 11:00 - 18:00 (GMT) 2026.02.10(TUE) - 2026.02.22(SUN) (closed Mondays): 12:00 – 18:00 (GMT) * LOCATION: Design District D4, Level 0 6 Dormer Yard, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0EB, UK. [QUEUE & ADMISSION] * Entry to the pop-up store is only available via the on-site entrance. * Chairs and tents are not allowed whilst waiting. * Admission will proceed in queue order. *An electronic queue management system will be in use during the opening weekend. * Queue waiting times will vary depending on the number of customers. * Accessibility entry available. Ask at the store entrance. * Overnight outdoor waiting is not allowed. We are not responsible for nighttime safety. [STORE POLICY] Visitors who enter the pop-up store are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. * All merchandise and event giveaways are available in limited quantities and may be sold out early. * CCTV is in operation for health and safety purposes. * Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. * Pet animals are not allowed inside the store except service animals. * Photos and videos taken at this pop-up event may be used for promotional purposes on official channels, SNS, and media platforms. * This pop-up store is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. * Visitors should follow the crowd control arrangements and instructions of pop-up store staff. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Payment methods accepted: Credit card, debit card, AMEX, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay only. (Cash payment not available.) * Purchase quantities may be limited per item for certain products. Please check in-store for details. * Product quality should be checked after payment is completed. Minor manufacturing differences will not be considered as defective or faulty. * Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. * Non-faulty refunds will be at the discretion of the staff member. * Non-faulty exchange items must be unopened, in like-new condition, with all original packaging and subject to availability. * If the item you want to exchange is sold out, it may be exchanged for another product. If the new product is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. * Exchanges require staff approval and may be denied in the following cases: - Signs of use or wear - Missing or damaged packaging/labels/tags - Damage caused by customer negligence - For event giveaways, minor dents, scratches, or press marks of 5mm or less are not considered defects and cannot be exchanged or refunded for such reasons. - Free event giveaways must be returned along with the refunded product. This also applies to refunds/exchanges whereby the resulting difference in price invalidates the free event giveaway conditions. * In case of any disputes, the store management team reserves the right to make all final decisions. Actions which violate the above policies, terms & conditions, cause disruption, disrespect and discomfort to other visitors and staff, or involve inappropriate behaviour may result in entry being refused or removal from the store.
