Please follow the on-site instructions carefully. * Chairs and tents are not allowed whilst waiting. * Admission will proceed in queue order after the opening. Waiting times may vary depending on the number of visitors in attendance. * A queuing and entry system may be activated for customer convenience if necessary. * Overnight outdoor waiting is not permitted. We are not responsible for nighttime safety, and the queue may be cleared. [STORE POLICY] Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions: * CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. * Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. * Only service animals are allowed inside the store. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. * We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. * Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. * Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and Cash * Please check the product for any defects before making payment. * Exchanges and refunds due to a change of mind are not allowed after payment. * If the purchased product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded on the purchase date with the receipt. Por favor, siga atentamente las instrucciones del personal en el lugar. * No está permitido el uso de sillas ni tiendas de campaña mientras se espera. * Tras la apertura, la entrada se efectuará siguiendo el orden de la fila. El tiempo de espera puede variar según la afluencia de visitantes. * Si fuera necesario, podrá activarse un sistema de organización de colas y acceso para mayor comodidad de los clientes. * No está permitido hacer cola durante la noche en el exterior. No nos responsabilizamos de la seguridad nocturna y la fila podrá ser disuelta. [POLÍTICA DE LA TIENDA] * Se considerará que los visitantes que entren en la pop-up store aceptan las siguientes condiciones: * La tienda cuenta con sistema de videovigilancia (CCTV) por motivos de seguridad. * Debido a la cantidad limitada, algunos productos y artículos promocionales pueden agotarse anticipadamente. * Solo se permite el acceso a animales de asistencia. * No está permitido introducir comida ni bebidas en el interior. * No nos hacemos responsables de robos, pérdidas o daños ocurridos dentro de la tienda. * Las fotos y vídeos realizados dentro de la pop-up podrán publicarse en canales oficiales, redes sociales y medios. * No está permitido realizar grabaciones con fines comerciales sin consentimiento previo. [POLÍTICA DE COMPRA] * Los pagos pueden realizarse mediante tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de débito, Apple Pay, Google Pay y efectivo. * Por favor, revise el producto para detectar posibles defectos antes de efectuar el pago. * No se permiten cambios ni devoluciones por cambio de opinión una vez realizado el pago. * Si el producto adquirido presenta defectos, podrá cambiarse o devolverse el mismo día de la compra presentando el recibo. El reembolso solo será posible si el mismo producto está agotado y no puede realizarse el cambio. * El límite de compra por persona puede variar según la situación. Los cambios se gestionarán tras la verificación por parte del personal de tienda y no serán posibles en los siguientes casos: - Si no se presenta el recibo. - Si no existe vídeo del unboxing (apertura del producto). - Si el producto ha sido dañado por el comprador, incluyendo señales de apertura, daños en el producto o en el embalaje. - Si existen señales de uso o desgaste. - Si el producto ha sido dañado por negligencia del cliente. - Si existen pequeñas abolladuras, arañazos o marcas de presión (de 5 mm o menos) en artículos promocionales. * La decisión final sobre cambios y devoluciones corresponde al equipo de gestión de la tienda. Cualquier comportamiento que infrinja las normas anteriores, cause molestias a otros clientes o resulte inapropiado podrá conllevar la denegación de acceso o la expulsión de la tienda. Gracias.
