[What to Bring] - A valid photo ID for identity verification ※ What is a valid photo ID? - South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid. * If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. * An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted. * For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. Please follow staff instructions for a smooth entry process. - For both the SOUND CHECK and MEET&GREET events, you must remain in your designated seat or area and watch or participate in the event from your assigned seat or area depending on the event type. - Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), companion animals, flowers, or balloons into the venue is prohibited. - All copyright infringements, including but not limited to taking photos and videos, voice recording, audio and video live-streaming, are strictly prohibited. You cannot bring any electronic devices that can record audio and/or video, except your mobile phone. If any prohibited activities are discovered (including the use of your mobile phone), you will be asked to leave the venue after deleting all recordings. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded even if you are asked to leave. - Please refrain from activities that may disrupt the viewing experience of other audience members. Follow staff instructions if you are found engaging in such activities. - Prohibited activities that violate concert rules or interfere with staff duties may be audio or video recorded to maintain order.
