We would like to inform you about the Official Light Stick wireless control and how to purchase the official merchandise of ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘BLOOD SAGA’ IN BUSAN on-site at Sajik Indoor Gymnasium, Busan on Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9, 2026. 1. How to Purchase On-Site The ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘BLOOD SAGA’ IN BUSAN official merchandise can be purchased on-site. 1) Official Merchandise On-Site Sales Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 11 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday, August 8, 2026 - From 10 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, August 9, 2026 * On-Site Sales Location - Near the ticket box at 1-1 GATE, Sajik Indoor Gymnasium [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the concert. * A slight margin of error may be present from the stated sizes. * Special Gift for Customers - Buy ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'BLOOD SAGA' in BUSAN official merch and get 1 photocard (random 1 out of 12 versions) for every KRW 70,000 you spend. - Separate orders CANNOT be summed up for the special gift. You will get 1 photocard for every KRW 70,000 you spend per order. (e.g. Buy over KRW 140,000 and get 2 photocards) - The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity. - Official Light Stick Ver.2, Official Light Stick Ver.2 Keyring, Batteries and Random Capsule will be excluded from the total amount. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘BLOOD SAGA’ IN BUSAN official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Sales] 1. Exchanges/refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. 2. During the on-site booth operating period, exchanges/refunds are only available at the booth where the purchase was made. Please make sure to bring your product, receipt, and payment method when visiting. 3. For related inquiries after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). 4. “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 5. If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. 6. A refund will be made to your payment method, and the gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. 7. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - The gift provided upon purchase is not returned or is damaged - The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - The product has had its value damaged to an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging 2. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. For this concert, Light Sticks will be synced for light effects, and you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. ENHYPEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 and OFFICIAL LIGHT BAND support wireless control. * ENHYPEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.1 does not support wireless control. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “ENHYPEN Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
