During the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘BLOOD SAGA’ IN BUSAN held for two days from August 8 to 9, the fan club booth “ENGENE ZONE” will be open for ENGENE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ENGENE Membership (ENGENE Membership) holders. ENGENE who wish to participate in “ENGENE ZONE,” please carefully read the following. ENGENE Membership Fan Club Booth “ENGENE ZONE” [Operation Hours] August 8 (Sat) 12:00-17:00 (KST) August 9 (Sun) 11:00-16:00 (KST) * The booth may be closed early, depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. [Location] BUSAN SAJIK GYMNASIUM [Required Items] 1) Concert ticket for that day 2) Valid physical ID card (Must include photo, name, and date of birth) 3) Weverse APP “ENGENE Membership” QR code * If your membership is scheduled to expire before the day of the concert (the day of your booth visit), please renew your membership in advance. * ENGENE ZONE is a booth for ENGENE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ENGENE Membership holders, and cannot be used by Weverse Digital Membership holders. 📢 How to check your QR code and save an offline copy ▶️ Weverse APP → [More(···)] at the bottom right → My Membership → ENGENE MEMBERSHIP CARD → QR Code & Save for Offline * Before saving the offline copy of the Membership Card, make sure the Weverse APP is updated to the latest version! - The above items must all be presented, and only physical tickets and IDs will be accepted. (Screenshots/images are not accepted) - However, screenshots of the ENGENE Membership QR code will be accepted in case of heavy network traffic on the day of the concert, and this is an exception made only for this concert’s “ENGENE ZONE.” - Please save an offline copy of your membership card and QR code in advance in case of network traffic issues. [Important Information] - If you received the “ENGENE CARD,” please pick up the Photocard SET (contains all six members) at the [ENGENE CARD] booth within the ENGENE ZONE. - ENGENE who have collected their ENGENE ZONE gift will receive a badge and unreleased portrait collectible of the artists within 14 days on the Weverse APP. (The reward can be seen on the Weverse APP -> [More(···)] at the bottom right -> My Collection.) - Please make sure to arrive within the operating hours to receive the gift. Gifts cannot be claimed after the operating hours. - We will stamp your ticket once you claim your gift. If you’re holding a stamped ticket, you will not be able to claim the gift even if you visit the booth. - Depending on the circumstances on the site, you may have to wait before receiving your gift. We advise that those who have plans before the concert, such as participating in the SOUND CHECK, arrive early to visit the booth. - For ENGENE Membership holders under the age of 14, we ask that you visit the ENGENE ZONE booth with direct family member verification documentation (Parents or legal guardians) on top of the required items for verification. * Paperwork that can prove their relationship with a direct family member (limited to parents or legal guardian): Copy of a family relation certificate or resident registration (1 of the 2) - The ENGENE ZONE is available only for the ENGENE Membership holders with the same-day concert ticket. You cannot visit more than once with the same concert ticket. (Limited to one visit per day per person) E.g., Visiting on Saturday, August 8, with a ticket for Saturday, August 8 concert (O) Visiting on Saturday, August 8, with a ticket for Sunday, August 9 concert (X) - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else's ENGENE Membership Card or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found borrowing someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will be banned from participating in any future fan club activities. - Use of the booth will be denied to those who stand in line after the booth has closed or those who cut in line or climb the fence. Please follow the guidance of the staff on the site. === [Valid forms of ID] Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - You will not be eligible to participate in the ENGENE ZONE if your ENGENE Membership information and your ID information do not match. (Identity verification is impossible if you’re using a nickname for the ENGENE Membership) - Identity verification will not be possible with a student ID. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - The issuance application certificate must have an official seal of the head of agency, and the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged with stickers or doodles beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. (The staff may request additional confirmation on site if you look different from the ID. We ask for your cooperation.) -For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in.
