From October 16 to October 18, the “ENGENE ZONE” Membership booth will be open at ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘BLOOD SAGA’ IN MACAU for ENGENE GLOBAL OFFICIAL Membership (“ENGENE Membership”) holders. All ENGENE who wish to visit the “ENGENE ZONE” booth are encouraged to thoroughly read the information below. [Location] JW Marriott Hotel Macau Ballroom1 [Required Items to Bring to the Event] 1) Concert ticket for the day of your visit 2) Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo and name) 3) Weverse App “ENGENE Membership” QR Code * If your Membership is scheduled to expire before the concert date (booth visit date), please renew your Membership in advance. * The “ENGENE ZONE” is a booth exclusively available to ENGENE GLOBAL OFFICIAL Membership holders. (Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.) - A screenshot of the Membership QR code will not be accepted. In case the network connection on-site is poor, please save your membership card and QR code for offline use. [Important Information] - If you have received an “ENGENE Card,” pick up one set of photo cards (a set of 6) at the [ENGENE CARD] window within the “ENGENE ZONE.” - Please arrive during operating hours to receive your special gift. You will not be able to receive a special gift after operating hours. - To prevent duplicate claims, a stamp will be applied to the back of your hand after you receive your special gift. The stamp uses an ink that follows safety requirements (certified by a Korean government agency) and is harmless to the body. Please be advised. - Depending on on-site circumstances, there may be a wait to receive the special gift. If you have a scheduled event to attend before the main concert, such as the Sound Check, please take this into consideration and arrive with plenty of time to spare. - The “ENGENE ZONE” is available only to ENGENE Membership holders who hold a ticket for the concert on the day of the visit. Multiple participation on the same concert day is not permitted. (Each Membership holder can participate once per day.) E.g., To visit the booth on Friday, October 16, you need to have a ticket for the 16th. To visit the booth on Saturday, October 17, you need to have a ticket for the 17th. - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else’s ENGENE Membership Card or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found transferring or borrowing someone else’s cards, both the borrower and lender will be banned from participating in any future Membership events. - You will be restricted from using the booth if you are discovered engaging in behaviors such as lining up after the booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence. Please make sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. === [What are valid forms of ID?] For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Hong Kong/Macau Travel Permit, Hong Kong/Macau Permanent Identity Card - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE Membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - You will not be eligible to participate in the “ENGENE ZONE” if your ENGENE MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. (Your identity cannot be verified if you use a nickname in your ENGENE Membership.) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. (If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation.) - For JP Membership holders, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language.
