Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to ENHYPEN, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harrassment, the spread of groundless rumors and ill-intentioned criticism. We would like to provide an update on these activities. We have recently filed criminal complaints using new information provided by fans as well as collected through our monitoring initiatives. We were able to track down the respective nicknames of the perpetrators who have been engaging in continued malicious activities by periodically changing their nicknames through real-time monitoring and collecting data and we filed criminal complaints against the perpetrators by the nicknames used and the posts they uploaded. Even if the perpetrators engaged in such activities without the use of their real names or nicknames, they are subject to criminal complaints. We are initiating strong legal actions not only against persistent malicious postings on online community and social media sites including DC Inside, but also against malicious comments on Daum Cafe postings which damage the artists’ image. We will continue to initiate strict measures against malicious posts that invade the rights of the artists, and our policy of no settlement and no leniency remains in effect. BELIFT LAB periodically collects information of malicious postings regarding ENHYPEN and reports them to the authorities and files criminal complaints.
