However, under the age restriction in the Weverse Privacy Policy and the Personal Information Protection Act, individuals under the minimum required age (14 years old for South Korea, 13 years old for the United States, and 16 years old for all other countries/regions) of their respective country or region will be restricted from applying for the event, even if accompanied by a guardian. If you fail to prove your identity with your ID during check-in because the information does not match, you will be unable to participate in the event. - Date of Birth: Select the corresponding date from the calendar on the application page (Double-check the details before clicking "Apply" to ensure the selected date matches the date on your ID) - Consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties - Make sure that all information has been entered in accordance with the guidelines and click “Apply.” 🔸If you are discovered to have won through fraudulent means, such as applying through an illegal program, paying for proxy application, applying through a third party, transferring an entry number that has been assigned to you, or receiving someone else's number, the assigned entry number will not be recognized under any circumstances and you will be disqualified for participation and will be subject to the same disadvantages as event absentees. 🔸Posting a screenshot of your application on social media may lead to the misuse of the information. Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event if they do. [Required Items] 🚨 If you fail to bring even one of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the event. 1) EVAN Weverse community member 2) ID card with a recognizable photo 🔸Your ID should match the information you used in the event application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. **We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. - Korean nationals : Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Youth Certificate (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or APP of a local government office) *Student IDs will not be accepted - Non-Korean nationals : Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card 🔸A Korean nationality holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. 🔸If you entered your name in English while applying, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. 🔸We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. 🔸If needed, you may be asked to verify your mobile ID card through the application (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety). In this process, your personal information will not be separately collected by the said application or the device of the host. 🔸Only IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. 🔸If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. 🔸An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be asked for on-site. 🔸The issuance application certificate must have an official seal of the head of agency, and the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. 🔸If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot be verified with the English name on your passport, we may ask for additional ID that shows your photo and name in the language on-site. Seat changes will not be permitted after receiving the wristband. 🔸Arbitrary queues will be prohibited, as seating for this event is irrelevant to the winning number or the order of identity verification. 🔸Please visit during the identity verification time listed for your winning number to complete identity verification and receive your ticket and wristband. 🔸If you arrive outside your time slot, you may be unable to receive your wristband. Please complete identity verification within your time slot. 🔸The identity verification location will be announced via a Weverse push notification on the day of the event. To receive notifications for EVAN community posts, you must enable push notifications in the Weverse app (Enable Fanevent Notifications). [On-site Precautions] 🔸This event is an outdoor performance held at Yeouido Hangang Park. Exiting or re-entering during the performance will not be permitted. 🔸Taking photos or videos with professional filming or recording equipment, such as a tripod, will be prohibited. We ask for your cooperation for a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 🔸Admission times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. The event time may vary depending on on-site conditions. Please keep this in mind when applying for the event. 🔸Individual cheering tools (such as LED phone apps, fans, placards, and individual slogans) other than the EVAN light stick are not permitted. You may be subject to restriction by on-site staff if you are seen with individual cheering tools. 🔸If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artist's vehicle while on the move, you will be banned from participating in any future events and music shows. 🔸You can deliver your letters to EVAN at the event through the on-site staff. Other than letters, no other gifts are permitted. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site.
