We would like to provide you with some important information, including how to participate in the open music show for EVAN’s Digital Single “RIDE OR DIE.” Please read this notice thoroughly before joining to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience for EVER. [How to Participate in the EVAN “RIDE OR DIE” Open Music Show] ▶ Eligibility 1) Be an EVAN Weverse community member 2) Have a download statement of all tracks in “RIDE OR DIE” + Melon profile page 3) In the Melon mobile app, verify the number of times you streamed the title track “Ride or Die” and provide your information - The stream count for each music show can be found in each show’s respective participation notice. - Check the Stream Count: Song Information > This Song’s Streaming Card - Identity Verification Page: The page where identity verification has been completed under “My Profile > Manage Personal Information > Verify Name/Age” - If you do not meet the required number of streams, you will not be eligible to participate in the pre-recording on site. - Verification is only available when your event application information matches your Melon membership information. 🔸You must satisfy all three criteria above to be eligible. ▶ Important Information Regarding Application 🔸 Duplicate applications will be disqualified for participation. 🔸 The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application for participation on time. - It is impossible to modify your application after clicking “Apply,” so please check the contents and apply. - Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from the start of the application period. 🔸How to Enter Applicant Information - Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your ID. If the applicant’s information does not match the information on the ID, you will be unable to participate in the event. - Date of Birth: Select the corresponding date from the calendar on the application page. (Please double-check the details before clicking “Apply” to ensure the selected date exactly matches the date on your ID.) - Consent to the collection, use, and provision to third parties of personal information - Make sure that all information has been entered in accordance with the guidelines and click “Apply.” [Important Information] 1) In cases where any fraudulent methods are identified, such as applying through unauthorized programs, applying on behalf of others through monetary transactions, submitting applications through a third party rather than the applicant themselves, or transferring or receiving allocated entry numbers, the assigned entry number will not be recognized under any circumstances, and the individual will be prohibited from participating in the music show, and will be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 2) Even if you win through the application, if you do not participate or exit in the middle of the event, you will not be allowed to participate in future “RIDE OR DIE” open music shows. 3) There have been cases where screenshots of applications were misused after being shared on social media. Please do not share screenshots or other materials with others. (Reports submitted regarding such cases may negatively affect future eligibility for music shows) 4) Applications are processed based on server time. 5) If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. [Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information and to the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties] - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Personal Information Recipient: BELIFT LAB Co. - Purpose of Collection: To verify eligibility for participation in the EVAN event - Information Collected: Weverse ID, name, phone number, email address, date of birth - Period of Retention and Use: Within 60 days after the event conclusion (information of applicants other than the winners will be terminated within 7 days after the event conclusion). Applicants have the right to deny consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event should they do so. ▶ What to Bring to the Event 🔸 If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. 🔸 In the case of missing required items, verification is possible if you retrieve them before the end of the roll call time and come back for the identity verification. (The roll call ending time varies for each open music show, and will be provided on-site.) 🔸 If your identity is verified after the announced time, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that comes after those of the regular participants. Depending on on-site circumstances, identity verification may not be possible outside of the designated verification time, so please make sure to visit within the verification period to complete identity verification. 1) ID card that includes a recognizable photo 🔸 Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. ** Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or App of a Local Government Office) (Student ID will not be accepted) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card - A Korean nationality holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. - If you entered your name in English when you applied, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - Screenshots of mobile IDs will not be accepted. You may be required to open and display your mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. - If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. - An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be requested on-site. - The issuance application certificate must have an official seal of the head of agency and the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. 🔸 Please be aware that the lending, theft, or forgery of an ID is subject to legal punishment under applicable laws. Example 1) Name on ID: 에버 ⏩ Name on Application: 에버(O) / EVER(X) Example 2) Name on ID: EVER ⏩ Name on Application: 에버(X) / EVER(O) 2) Download Statement of all tracks in EVAN’s Digital Single “RIDE OR DIE” (Melon) + Melon Profile Page 🔸 If you have a music show attendance card distributed during the EVAN Digital Single “RIDE OR DIE” music show promotions, you may use that instead of a music download statement to demonstrate your eligibility. Please make sure to fill in all required fields in the attendance card. - Verification is only possible with a printed copy. Mobile screenshots (photos) will not be accepted. ** The number of printed pages is not restricted; however, all printouts must clearly display the full list of song titles and the Melon nickname to be considered valid. ** Black-and-white or color prints are acceptable; however, please ensure that all printed materials are clear and legible for verification. If the photo is too small or the resolution is significantly low, making the identity of the person in the photo difficult to recognize, verification will not be possible. - Only “individual songs” or “FLAC” format will be accepted; “DCF” will not be accepted. 3) EVAN Light Stick The Light Stick to be used during EVAN Digital Single “RIDE OR DIE” promotions will be provided only once for fans attending a music show for the first time. Fans who receive the Light Stick must bring it with them when attending subsequent music shows. [Important Information on Entry and Viewing] 1) Participants can only leave the music show once the broadcast has come to an end. If you leave the venue before the program ends, causing a conflict with the broadcasting station, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club exclusive seats and more. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please make sure to check the program details and age limit before applying. 3) Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue during the recording. Photography, videography or audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. ** If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. The company will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue. You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items other than the EVAN Light Stick (phone LED screen apps, hand fans, placards, personal slogans, etc.) is not allowed. The use of such items may result in restrictions by on-site staff. 5) Depending on the situation on-site, the time and number of individuals allowed to enter may be altered, so please check the notice issued on-site. For pre-recorded shows, the recording time may vary depending on the situation of the broadcasting station. Please keep this in mind when applying for the event. 6) If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. 7) If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant music show and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. 8) If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artist’s vehicle while EVAN is moving, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. 9) You can deliver your letters to EVAN through the staff at the music show. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. Some details in the notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice.
