To participate, please repurchase the eligible product and reapply for the event. (For example, if you place two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, your entry for the remaining order will stay valid. [Important Information for Participating in the Event] * Individuals who submit multiple applications will be disqualified. * Please note that the entry methods above apply only to “in-person” participation in the fan showcase. * Only those who are 14 and older and are eligible for EVER Membership sign-up can apply for this event. However, applications are restricted for those under the minimum age applicable according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the country and region of access (14 years old in Korea, 13 years old in the USA, 16 years old elsewhere). Those below the applicable age will not be able to participate, even with the accompaniment of a guardian. (* For South Korea and the US, applicants must be 15 years of age or older to enter this event / For countries and regions other than South Korea and the US, applicants must be 16 years of age or older to enter) * If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. [Participant Identity Verification Guidelines] * The ticket will be handed out during check-in, and seats will be given out at random within the allocated seating area. * The allocated seating area and the operating hours of the ticket booth for EVER Membership applicants will be available through a notice in the near future. * If you visit outside the designated operating hours, you may be unable to check in due to the circumstances of the venue. ▶ What to Bring to the Event * If you fail to bring any of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the fan showcase on the day and will be marked absent. 1) EVAN Weverse EVER Membership 🔸 Your EVAN Weverse EVER Membership must be valid at the time of identity verification on the day of the event to participate. 2) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or APP of a Local Government Office) *Student ID will not be accepted - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card 🔸Please be aware that the lending, theft, or forgery of an ID is subject to legal punishment under applicable laws. - Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name/date of birth/photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. - A Korean nationality holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the EVER MEMBERSHIP, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. - If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. - An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be requested on-site. - The issuance application certificate must have an official seal of the head of agency and the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery.
