[NOTICE] EVAN 1st Mini Album “DEATH OF ME” Open Music Show Participation Guide and Things to Note

Hello. This is EVAN Weverse. We would like to provide you with some important information, including how to participate in the open music show for EVAN’s 1st Mini Album, “DEATH OF ME.” Please read this notice thoroughly before joining to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience for everyone. The schedule and detailed information for each open music show will be provided in separate notices. [How to Participate in the EVAN 1st Mini Album “DEATH OF ME” Open Music Show] ▶ Eligibility * You must meet all of the following conditions to participate. Please also check the individual notice for additional eligibility requirements for the open music show. 1) EVAN Weverse EVER Membership holder 🔸 Your Membership must be valid on the day of the event to participate. 2) Purchaser of EVAN 1st Mini Album “DEATH OF ME” from Weverse Global with Korean shipping or PICKUP option (Purchase of 1 set item or at least 2 random items / Including purchases made to enter the raffle for the debut showcase or video fan signing.) 🔸 BANDANA Ver. and Weverse Albums ver. do not count toward eligibility You must satisfy all two criteria to be eligible. * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will not be available after the winner announcement. * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will be available after the application has closed, but before the winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. ▶ Important Information Regarding Application 🔸 The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application for participation on time. - Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from the start of the application period. - It is impossible to modify your application after clicking “Apply,” so please check the contents and apply. 🔸How to Enter Applicant Information - The first and last name you used to sign up for your EVER Membership will be filled in automatically. If the applicant’s information does not match the information on the ID, you will be unable to participate in the event. - Date of Birth: Enter the corresponding date from the calendar on the application page. (Please double-check the details before clicking “Apply” to ensure the entered date exactly matches the date on your ID.) - Consent to the collection, use, and provision to third parties of personal information - Make sure that all information has been entered in accordance with the guidelines and click “Apply.” * You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. * The first and last name you used to sign up for your EVER Membership will be filled in automatically. If it does not match the information on the ID, you will be unable to participate in the event. * You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. * Multiple applications will be disqualified from participation. [Important Information] 1) In cases where any fraudulent methods are identified, such as applying through unauthorized programs, applying on behalf of others through monetary transactions, submitting applications through a third party rather than the applicant themselves, or transferring or receiving allocated entry numbers, the assigned entry number will not be recognized under any circumstances, and the individual will be prohibited from participating in the music show, and will be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 2) Even if you win through the application, if you do not participate or exit in the middle of the event, you will not be allowed to participate in future “DEATH OF ME” open music shows. 3) There have been cases where screenshots of applications were misused after being shared on social media. Please do not share screenshots or other materials with others. (Reports submitted regarding such cases may negatively affect future eligibility for music shows) 4) Applications are processed based on server time. 5) If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. [Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information and to the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties] - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Personal Information Recipient: HYBE Co., Ltd. and BELIFT LAB Co. - Purpose of Collection: For identifying the eligibility to apply for the EVAN Weverse EVER Membership event - Information Collected: Weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: Within 60 days after the event conclusion (information of applicants other than the winners will be terminated within 7 days after the event conclusion). * You have the right to refuse to provide consent to the collection and use of personal information but will not be able to apply for the event should you choose to do so. ▶ What to Bring to the Event 🔸 If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. 🔸 In the case of missing required items, verification is possible if you retrieve them before the end of the roll call time and come back for the identity verification. (The roll call ending time varies for each open music show, and will be provided on-site.) 🔸 If your identity is verified after the announced time, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that comes after those of the regular participants. Depending on on-site circumstances, identity verification may not be possible outside of the designated verification time, so please make sure to visit within the verification period to complete identity verification. 1) Purchase at least 2 standard copies of EVAN 1st Mini Album “DEATH OF ME” from Weverse Global with Korean shipping or PICKUP option - Only customers who have purchased at least 2 standard copies of EVAN 1st Mini Album “DEATH OF ME” from Weverse Global with Korean shipping or PICKUP option are eligible to apply for the event - The staff will not check the physical album on-site on the day of the music show. - Any version of the album will be accepted. (Purchase of 1 set item or at least 2 random items / Including purchases made to enter the raffle for the debut showcase or video fan signing.) * BANDANA Ver. and Weverse Albums ver. do not count toward eligibility 2) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) 🔸 Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. ** Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - For Korean Nationality Holders:Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or App of a Local Government Office) (Student ID will not be accepted) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders:Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card - A Korean nationality holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. - If you entered your name in English when you applied, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - Screenshots of mobile IDs will not be accepted. You may be required to open and display your mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. - If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. - An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be requested on-site. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. - For those who signed up through JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. 🔸 Please be aware that the lending, theft, or forgery of an ID is subject to legal punishment under applicable laws. You may also bring the EVAN Light Stick distributed during the “RIDE OR DIE” promotions. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. [Precautions on Participating in the Open Music Show] 1) Participants can only leave the music show once the broadcast has come to an end. If you leave the venue before the program ends, causing a conflict with the broadcasting station, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club exclusive seats and more. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please make sure to check the program details and age limit before applying. 3) Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue during the recording. Photography, videography or audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. ** If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue. You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official EVAN Light Stick is prohibited. The use of such items may result in restrictions by on-site staff. 5) Depending on the situation on-site, the time and number of individuals allowed to enter may be altered, so please check the notice issued on-site. For pre-recorded shows, the recording time may vary depending on the situation of the broadcasting station. Please keep this in mind when applying for the event. 6) If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. 7) If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant music show and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. 8) If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artist’s vehicle while the artist is moving, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. 9) You can deliver your letters to EVAN through the staff at the music show. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. Some details in the notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety and enjoyable viewing experience of all EVER attending the music shows, and we look forward to your interest and participation.
