[Weverse Community Operation] EVERGLOW Weverse community service will undergo changes as follows. ▪︎ Date and Time: From Fri, May 30, 2025, 3:30 PM (KST) ▪︎ Details on Changes <Available Features> - Joining or leaving EVERGLOW Weverse community. - Reading the artist's posts, comments, and moments, watching LIVEs, and downloading images and videos attached to the posts. - Reading and deleting your content (posts and comments). - Watching free content available on the Media tab. <Unavailable Features> - Creating or editing new posts and new comments, or leaving new likes. - Creating or editing community profiles (nickname and image), following or unfollowing ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Digital Membership Termination] We regret to inform you that EVERGLOW Digital Membership service is scheduled to be terminated. Please find more details below. ▪︎ Sales Termination Date: Fri, May 30, 2025, 3:00:00 PM (KST) - You cannot newly subscribe to the Digital Membership after the sales termination date. - If you subscribe to the Digital Membership with a monthly plan, automated payments will continue even after the sales termination date. Please manually cancel your subscription. - Your subscription will not be renewed even if you click the "Stay subscribed" button on the website. ▪︎ Service Termination Date: Fri, May 30, 2025, 3:00:00 PM (KST) - You cannot use any Digital Membership services after the service termination date. - If there is any remaining subscription period when the service is terminated, it will be automatically refunded in Jelly, based on the remaining days. The refunded Jelly can be used when purchasing paid products within the Weverse app. - The existing subscription (both app and website) will be automatically canceled upon service termination. To ensure the termination of your subscriptions on the app, please cancel the subscription directly via the app market after the service termination. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.
