Reservation Information 1) Fan Club Pre-verification Information - Verification Period: November 28, 2024 (Thu) 2:00PM (KST) ~ December 4, 2024 (Wed) 11:59:59PM (KST) - Members of the EXO official fan club “EXO-L” membership(GL) on Weverse must complete the pre-verification on the concert reservation page to be eligible for the pre-sale. Please ensure to complete the pre-verification within this period. - Pre-verification is only possible with the Weverse account that has the EXO official fan club “EXO-L” membership(GL). - Only one Weverse account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID, and duplicate verification is not allowed. - Once pre-verification is completed, the membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even if the Melon Ticket membership is withdrawn. - The fan club membership must be maintained until the concert day for the pre-sale to be valid. For bank transfer, the payment must be completed by 11:59:59PM on the day of the reservation. If the payment is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. - Even if pre-verification is completed, tickets can only be purchased during the pre-sale period. After the pre-sale period, tickets can only be purchased through the general sale. If the tickets are sold out during the fan club pre-sale, there may be no seats available for the general sale. 4) Wheelchair Seating Sale Information - Fan Club Pre-sale Period: December 4, 2024 (Wed) 10:00AM (KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) - General Sale Period: December 6, 2024 (Fri) 10:00AM (KST) ~ - Wheelchair seating can only be reserved through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (+82 1899-0042) via phone. Each person can reserve up to 2 tickets per show, including one for an accompanying person. The accompanying person must also have a ticket to enter. - Wheelchair seating is only available for the person registered with a disability certificate or welfare card. If the person is not the registered one, both the reserve and the accompanying person will not be allowed to enter. - Wheelchair seating tickets can only be picked up on-site on the show day. You must present your disability certificate or welfare card for verification to receive the tickets. (Proxy pickup and transfer are not allowed.) - The wheelchair accessible seat zones do not have any seats. It will be available only for those who use wheelchairs.
