For a smooth ticketing process, please be sure to check the exact schedule for the respective pages. - The members of EXO’s official Fanclub “EXO-L” membership(GL) on Weverse can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through the page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period. - The verification process for the Fanclub Presale can be done through the Weverse account registered with EXO's official Fanclub “EXO-L” membership(GL). - If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean Melon Ticket Page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean Melon Ticket Page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Global Melon Ticket Page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Global Melon Ticket Page. - You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible. - The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be changed, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership. - Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. Accompanying guests must also purchase tickets to enter, so please make sure to reserve tickets together in advance. - You can reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name in the Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card. If you are not the person who made the reservation, both you and your companion will not be admitted. - You can pick up your wheelchair accessible seat tickets at the venue on the day of the show after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card). If you don't bring the needed documents, you won’t be able to receive a ticket or use a wheelchair seat. - Wheelchair seats are open spaces without chairs and can be used only by wheelchair users.
