We will be operating the fan club booth “flover ZONE” for fromis_9 GLOBAL FANCLUB flover MEMBERSHIP holders at 2024 fromis_9 concert <FROM NOW.>, which will take place for two days from Saturday, January 27 to Sunday, January 28. ▶ flover MEMBERSHIP Fan Club ‘flover ZONE’ [How to Use] Visit the “flover ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your flover MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same regardless of the date. ※ Photo cards will be provided randomly. Each person can only receive one photo card. (Receiving it by a proxy or multiple times is not allowed.) [LUCKY CARD Information] "LUCKY CARDS" are included randomly among the distributed photo cards. Those who have won a Lucky Card can exchange it for the corresponding gift by visiting the "Lucky Card Exchange Booth. [Operating Hours] DAY 1: From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, January 27 (KST) DAY 2: From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Sunday, January 28 (KST) [Location] Jangchung Arena B2 Multipurpose Room2 [How to Verify] - Concert ticket for the day of your visit + Admission wristband - Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) - flover MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ** All four above-mentioned items are required. Your Admission wristband and ID cards must be presented in physical forms to be accepted. (Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.) [Important Information] - Only flover MEMBERSHIP holders with the concert ticket + admission wristband corresponding to the day of your visit can use the fan club booth. Each person may only use the booth once. (Once per day per person.) e.g., To visit the booth on Saturday, January 27, you need to have a ticket for the 27th. To visit the booth on Sunday, January 28, you need to have a ticket for the 28th. - We recommend arriving at the concert venue with enough time to spare and receiving your admission wristband first for more efficient booth operations. (If you do not have your admission wristband, you will not be able to use the fan club booth). - A valid ID card must include your photo, name, and DOB for verification. (A photo or screenshot image of your ID card will not be accepted.) ※ What are valid forms of ID? * For Korean nationality holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), mobile ID card (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) * For foreign nationality holders (non-Korean): Passport, Residence Card ** Photographs, printouts, mobile screen captures, or images on your mobile phone will not be accepted. ** If you entered your name in English when signing up for your flover MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as valid. ** You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your flover MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. ** Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else’s flover MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found borrowing someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club activities. - After receiving the photo card, "Received" will be marked on the back of the admission wristband.
