Hello. This is PLEDIS Entertainment. A photo exhibition commemorating the release of fromis_9 2024 PHOTOBOOK <FROM SUMMER> will be held starting on Friday, July 5. Reservations can be made through the NAVER Booking website starting on Monday, July 1. The photos displayed in the fromis_9 2024 PHOTOBOOK <FROM SUMMER> photo exhibition cannot be seen anywhere else. Please refer below for more details. [Exhibition Schedule] Dates: From Friday, July 5 to Sunday, July 14, 2024 Times: From 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (KST) Location: 14 Geumho-ro 3-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (Geumho Alver) [Reservation Information] - Opening Date for Reservations: 7 PM, July 1, 2024 (KST) - Reservation Link: Make an advance reservation ※ Please check the NAVER Booking website for further details regarding reservations. [Visitor Guide] 1. To ensure smooth operations, the fromis_9 2024 PHOTOBOOK <FROM SUMMER> photo exhibition is held on a reservation basis, and is only available to customers who have made a reservation through NAVER Booking. Before visiting the site, please be sure to check the advance reservation precautions. 2. Only the person who made the reservation can enter. Please use your own ID when making advance reservations. Your identity will be verified upon entry. 3. Please arrive at your reserved time. To prevent congestion at the entrance, you can wait on-site starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. 4. Entry closes 10 minutes before the closing time of your reserved session. 5. Reservation sessions or dates cannot be changed on-site. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your reservation and make a new one. 6. In the NAVER Booking system, those under the age of 14 cannot make reservations. However, entry for such guests is permitted if accompanied by a legal guardian who has made a reservation. 7. Advance reservation applicants must bring a NAVER Booking mobile ticket for the correct day and an ID card for identity verification. - For Korean nationality holders: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), mobile ID (Issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For non-Korean nationality holders: Passport, residence card * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. 8. Entry may be delayed from the reservation time depending on on-site circumstances. [Precautions when Purchasing Photo Exhibition Merchandise] 1. All products are limited to 10 per item or option per person. If you try to purchase more than the purchase limit, your payment may be declined or canceled. 2. Purchase quantity limits may vary depending on sales circumstances. 3. All products are available in limited quantities and may sell out early if stock runs out. 4. All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. 5. Please consult the exhibition store staff should you need additional information regarding other products and purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. Should there be any defects in the product, a refund or exchange will be available only during the operating period of the photo exhibition. Please make sure to check for any defects after your purchase, as both exchange and refund will only be available during the operating period of the photo exhibition. 2. We will be unable to give exchanges or refunds because of a change in mind. 3. Bring the product and your receipt, and you will be offered an exchange for the same product or a refund after confirming that no damage is incurred on the purchased product. - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. - Refund will be made to your payment method, and special gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. 4. Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - Items that have been customized, altered, or washed - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels or missing packaging) caused by customers - Products with signs of being used or worn - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer’s part (such as improper storage or handling) 5. Re-entry is not possible after leaving the photo exhibition. 2. Entry is not permitted outside of your visiting session. 3. Please be advised that photos and videos taken on site containing visitors’ faces may be used as content in the future. 4. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden. (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.) 5. CCTV cameras are in operation for the safety of our customers and staff. 6. To ensure a pleasant exhibition environment, outside food and beverages are prohibited. 7.
