[Weverse Community Operation] fromis_9 Weverse community service will undergo changes as follows. ▪︎ Date and Time: From Wed, January 1, 2025, 12:00 PM (KST) ▪︎ Details on Changes <Available Features> - Joining or leaving fromis_9 Weverse community. - Reading the artist's posts, comments, and moments, watching LIVEs, and downloading images and videos attached to the posts. - Reading and deleting your content (posts and comments). - Watching free content available on the Media tab. <Unavailable Features> - Creating or editing new posts and new comments, or leaving new likes. - Creating or editing community profiles (nickname and image), following or unfollowing ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [flover MEMBERSHIP Termination] The fromis_9 GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover MEMBERSHIP will no longer be available for purchase starting Mon, December 2, 2024, 10:00 AM (KST) and the flover MEMBERSHIP service will be terminated on Tue, December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM (KST). ▪︎ Purchase Termination: Mon, December 2, 2024, 10:00:00 AM (KST) ▪︎ Service Termination: Tue, December 31, 2024, 11:59:59 PM (KST) You’ll no longer be able to join flover MEMBERSHIP after the purchase termination, but you’ll still have access to Membership-only content and Membership benefits until the service termination. The Membership-only content will be changed to public content in the near future. More details on the Membership refund provided due to service termination will be posted soon. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Weverse DM Service Termination] ▪︎ Weverse DM Purchase Termination: Mon, December 2, 2024, 10:00 AM (KST) - New purchases are possible until the purchase termination. After this, new purchases will not be available. - Subscriptions purchased before the termination date will remain valid for the Weverse DM service until the service termination date. - Even after the purchase termination, the monthly subscription plans you subscribed to on the app or the website will be renewed and charged on the scheduled renewal date until the service is terminated. ▪︎ Weverse DM Service Termination: Tue, December 31, 2024, 6:00 PM (KST) - After the service termination, new messages cannot be sent or received. - Existing messages can still be viewed, but access to My Media and Favorites will be restricted. - If there is remaining subscription period when the service is terminated, it will be automatically refunded in the form of Jelly. The refunded Jelly can be used when purchasing paid products within the Weverse app, except for Weverse DM for other artists on the app. - The existing subscription (both app and website) will be automatically canceled upon service termination. To ensure the termination of your subscriptions on the app, please cancel the subscription directly via the app market after the service termination. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.
