How to Enter the Fansign Raffle You can enter the raffle on the fansign event page by entering the required information (date of birth and more) after pre-ordering fromis_9 4th Mini Album [Midnight Guest] on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the event period. Please note that you will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged into Weverse with your Weverse Shop account that was used to purchase the album. ※ You cannot change the required information once you submitted the info. 1. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, not the number of orders. 2. You can enter the raffle by entering the required information (shown below) as indicated on the fansign event page. - Name (The person who is entering the raffle) - Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format) - KakaoTalk ID - Valid mobile phone number 3. For SET products, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the SET products. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended. 6. Albums pre-ordered during the event period will be delivered after the album release date. 7. Only those who purchased fromis_9 4th Mini Album [Midnight Guest] from Weverse Shop GLOBAL can enter the fansign raffle. 8. The raffle winners and the announcement will use the name, date of birth, and email (the account you used when joining Weverse) submitted when entering the raffle. 9. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name on their passport in English. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on your passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.) 10. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE INC. and Pledis Entertainment. Video call fansign will be held on KakaoTalk mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. If the connection is unstable or the participant is having difficulty with the KakaoTalk application, the event will not go ahead as scheduled. 14. The fansign event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Please Note (If you won the video call fansign) 1. The signed album will be delivered to the participating raffle winner after the video call fansign. 2. Only the raffle winner must participate in the video call. If another individual is on the video call or more than one person appears, fansign for that individual may end early. 3. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. Please double-check the fansign date and time, and wait for your turn. It is important to make sure that your network is stable. 4. Before receiving the video call, a message regarding the start of the event will be sent via KakaoTalk application. The staff will verify the raffle winner and the fansign will start. Please have your photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed) 5. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. (If you are found to have or have been transferred the ticket, you will be denied entry.) 6. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call. 7. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will also be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be concluded. 8. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff. 9. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating. 10. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. 11. Directions and process for the video call will be announced later along with the raffle winner announcement. Please Note (During the event) 1. The selected album and page will be signed with your name in a “TO. Your name” format. If you make an additional request when they are signing your album, your video call can be concluded prematurely. (Nicknames and other names not allowed) 2. The album used for this event will be fromis_9 4th Mini Album[Midnight Guest] After Midnight version. 3. Only the selected page of the After Midnight version album will be signed. 4. Please have your ID ready for verification when entering the event. ※ Accepted IDs - South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers) (Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration *Other IDs are not allowed. *All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. 5. Name, photo, and date of birth must be shown on the ID, and must match the information provided when entering the raffle. 6. Requests to artists to do things other than signing the album, such as drawing and writing postscripts, are not accepted. 7. When the timer rings after 1 minute during the event, the video call will be transferred to the next member. 8. Only 1 person is allowed during the video call, and the call will be concluded if people other than the raffle winner appear. 9. You will not be reconnected to the video call if the video call is ended due to low battery or other reasons. 10. You cannot live stream the event, but you can keep the photos, and video and audio recording during the video call. (However, uploading them on social media is restricted and can be punished.) 11. Taking pictures, or recording audio and video of the event with devices other than your mobile phone used for the video call is prohibited. 12. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be denied from participating in the event. 13. Inappropriate behaviors such as making inappropriate requests, asking personal questions, and insulting or blaming the members, will not be accepted, and in such cases, the video call will be concluded prematurely. 14. This event is a precious time for fromis_9 and the fans. Please read and understand the above for the smooth proceeding of the event. If the staff deems any of your actions to be inappropriate for the event, you will be restricted from the event.
