How To Enter the Fansign Raffle ※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after you submit them so please make sure your information are correct and free of error. You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse in order to participate in the raffle event. 4. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on the artist Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album. 2. The raffle is based on the time of raffle entry and the time of payment for the album. 3. The winner announcement and the event process will be based and use the information you submitted to the raffle. 4. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.) 5. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to PLEDIS Entertainment. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended. 9. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue or location. Please Note (For shipping) 1. The albums you ordered during the event period and the order(s) containing the albums, excluding the 1 album necessary for the fansign autographs, will be delivered to the address you submitted with your order. 2. One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist, and handed to you directly after the event ends. Please be aware that it will be considered you accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the artist. 3. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate custom duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Participants with a nationality other than South Korean can complete the ID check with the name on their passport ONLY. 4. The name, the photo, and the date of birth on your photo ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if the information of your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. 5. The name entered for the raffle will be signed ONLY on the album. 6. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced in the winner announcement. You are strictly prohibited from changing seats in any way or setting up cameras and tripods at locations that are not your seat. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted out of the premises. 7. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future. 8. Fans who violate fanclub etiquette may be restricted from participating in the fansign, or escorted out of the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the subscribers of the artist’s Global Official Fanclub Membership. 9. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the fansign venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted. 10. Due to social distancing measures, you will not be allowed to directly give the artist photo props. The staff will receive the photo props from you and deliver the props to the artist. Please understand that the artist may not be able to fully use your photo prop at the fansign. 11. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while you get your album autographed. You are also strictly forbidden from having electronic devices (phones, smartwatches, etc.) on you while you get your album autographed. [COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Fansign Venue] 1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the fansign, or released from quarantine prior to the fansign to be allowed to participate in the fansign. 2. Your body temperature will be measured before you enter the venue. If your temperature is higher than 37.5°C, you will be asked to test yourself using a COVID-19 test kit, provided by the staff. If your kit test result is positive, you will be prohibited from participating in the fansign. 3. There will be transparent partitions between you and the artist. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, and etc.) inside and out of the fansign event. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted out of the premises. 4. You will be escorted out of the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, consume food (other than water) inside the venue. You will not be allowed to cancel your purchases or request refunds if you are escorted off the premises for your inappropriate behavior. Please remember to wear your mask during the fansign! 5. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event. 6. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
