Location: Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do (Details will be provided later to selected participants) Age Requirement: 8 years and older Eligible Participants: Weverse PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP subscribers Capacity: 90 athletes, 210 spectators (First come, first served) * Spectators will have limited access to sports festival events. [Important Application Information] - Those wishing to participate must be subscribed to Weverse’s PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP. - This event is open to individuals 8 years of age and older. - Identity verification will take place before entry on the day of the event. Before applying, please ensure your PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP information (name, date of birth, contact number) matches your ID. - Names must be written in Korean or English. - Once you click “Submit Application,” you cannot modify your application details. Winners will be notified individually via text message (to the number provided in the application) and email (to the Weverse registration email). Please enter all information accurately according to the form. We are not responsible for issues arising from missing or incorrect information. - Applications submitted before or after the designated application time will be considered invalid. - If you do not agree to the collection and use of personal information, you will not be able to participate in the event. - This event will include photography and video recording. Participants’ faces may be captured during the event. If you do not agree to this, your participation may be restricted. (Captured materials may be used in content uploaded to FTISLAND’s official channel later.) [Participant Notice] Check your selection status on the “Event Application History” page of FTISLAND’s Weverse after 10 PM on the application day. * FTISLAND Weverse Community > Click on the triple dots on the top right hand corner> Event Application History - The Event Application History page will display your participation number and a waitlist number. Those with waitlist numbers may not be able to attend the event. - After announcing participants, we will email individual instructions including payment deadlines and account details. Please check the inbox of the email address you provided when registering for Weverse. Failure to pay within the given period will result in cancellation, and spots will be given to those on the waitlist. - Payments to accounts other than the one provided cannot be verified. Please ensure you use the correct account information for payment. - If athletes on the waitlist are included in the first-come, first-served spectator squad (210 people), their athlete waitlist numbers will be voided. - Those on the waitlist who can participate will be notified individually by Tuesday, October 29. - After payment confirmation, final participants will receive details about the venue, time, and final instructions via their Weverse registration email. Please check your email. - If you need a cash receipt, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff on the day of the event. [Entry Instructions] - On-site identity verification will be conducted. If a physical ID cannot be verified or the participant’s name doesn’t match the ID, entry will be restricted. - Late arrivals may be denied entry. Please complete the entry process within the specified time. - Bring a physical ID that can verify your identity. [Important Participation Information] - Athletes and spectators will be randomly assigned to teams. Please check your assignment on-site. - Gifts, flowers, and letters cannot be delivered at this event. We appreciate your understanding. - All seats are assigned. Please remain in your designated seat during the event. Staff will address any unauthorized seat changes. - Photography is only allowed from your seat. Please follow staff instructions to avoid disturbing others. - Refrain from disruptive behavior such as making personal comments or shouting. Excessive disruption may result in staff intervention. We ask for your cooperation to ensure an enjoyable event for FTISLAND and PRIMADONNA. - Outside food and drinks, except bottled water, are not permitted. Violators may be asked to leave. - Items such as glass bottles, fireworks, lasers, confetti, bouquets, and balloons may be restricted. - The organizers are not responsible for loss or theft due to personal negligence. Please take care of your valuables. - Event participation is non-transferable. Illegal reselling or transferring of tickets may result in cancellation without notice.
