A screenshot of the page (image) on your mobile phone will not be accepted. - Only the list of āindividual songsā or āFLACā will be accepted, not āDCF.ā 3) Purchased more than one of GFRIEND Special Album āSeason of Memoriesā through Weverse Shop - Glass Bead ver. is excluded. - The on-site staff will not check the actual album on the date of the event. [Important Information for Participating in the Event] 1) Leaving all of the recording venues of GFRIEND will take place after the performances have ended. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including freely leaving the designated seat or leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages to the entire fan club, such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the on-site staffās guidance to ensure a smooth music show. 2) The entrance time and capacity may vary depending on on-site circumstances. Please check through the on-site notice. For pre-recordings, please note that the recording time is flexible depending on the broadcast companyās schedule. 3) Taking photographs or videos, making audio recordings, or leaking the stage are strictly prohibited during the event. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Even one personās violation may adversely affect all of the participants in the event, so please exercise extra caution. (If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. Also, engaging in such activities will result in a ban from future open music shows.) 4) The use of any personal fan items except the official light stick is prohibited. The on-site staff may restrain you if you use such items. 5) In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for GFRIEND Special Album āSeason of Memoriesā. 6) You may deliver your letters to the GFRIEND members at the event through the on-site staff. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. 7) You will not be able to participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of your personal information when you apply for the event. ā» Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Collection: To verify the eligibility to apply for the GFRIEND Weverse Community Member event - Collected information: Weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within thirty days after the termination of the fan event.
