This notice provides guides for GRFIEND 10th Anniversary <Season of Memories> [Ticket Box Information] -On the day of the concert, the ticket box will be open three hours before the concert begins until 30 minutes after it starts. -Ticket Box opening hours January 17, 2025 (Friday) 5PM(KST) ~ 8:30PM(KST) January 18, 2025 (Saturday) 3PM(KST) ~ 6:30PM(KST) January 19, 2025 (Sunday) 2PM(KST) ~ 5:30PM(KST) [Ticket Collection Information] -When collecting your ticket on-site, you will be required to present a physical ID and booking confirmation for identity verification. -A maximum of two tickets per person can be reserved and collected for each performance. -If a person has reserved more than two tickets for a specific performance, any excess tickets will not be issued. For on-site global reservations, passport numbers or other identification details will be required. -Admission delays caused by congestion at the ticket box will not be grounds for refunds or cancellations. -You must bring a physical ID (copies or photos will not be accepted). -Tickets will not be issued if valid identification and booking confirmation are not presented, or if the attendee’s identity cannot be verified. Cancellations or refunds will not be possible under these conditions on the day of the event. - The attendee is solely responsible for not bringing the required identification. If identity verification is not possible, tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the event. -To avoid delays, please arrive early to complete the ticket collection. -For customers under 14 years of age who booked tickets using their legal guardian’s ID, ticket collecting will only be permitted with proof of the lineal ascendant or legal guardian relationship 1) Proof of the lineal ascendant or legal guardian relationship: A family relationship certificate or a resident registration certificate (one copy) 2) Purchaser’s ID 3) Attendee’s ID [Seat Map] [Concert Admission Guidelines] -Admission to the concert is only allowed for ticket holders with one ticket per person. -Entry to the concert venue is prohibited without a valid ticket. If your ticket is lost or damaged, re-issuance will not be possible, so please make sure to keep your ticket safe. -Standing Area: Attendees must line up in admission number order starting 1.5 hours before the concert begins. Entry will proceed sequentially, starting one hour before the concert begins. -Once entry for the standing area begins, the standing number becomes invalid. If you miss your entry number, you will be admitted only after all other standing attendees. Please be aware of this. -Reserved Seating: Admission will occur after standing section entry is completed. (Expected time for standing section admission: approximately 20 minutes, but this may vary depending on the situation at the venue.) [Performance Viewing Guidelines] -Once you have entered the venue, re-entry is not allowed after leaving. -Moving to a different seat outside of your designated area is prohibited. This includes switching to another standing zone, changing seats, or viewing from aisles or stairways. -Taking photographs, filming, audio recording, and live streaming via social media during the concert are strictly prohibited during the performance. -Specifically, if prohibited professional equipment (DSLRs, camcorders, GoPros, etc.) is brought in and used for photos or videos, the person will be immediately escorted out of the venue. -Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other audience members. If your actions cause a significant disturbance, you may face restrictions by event staff. -For event records and promotional purposes, photos and videos of the audience may be taken during the concert. Some of these images may be used by the event organizers or sponsors for marketing purposes. [Notice on Prohibited Items] - The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue: 1) Items that may pose a threat to others (e.g., weapons, fireworks, explosives, lasers, flagpoles, long umbrellas, etc.) 2) Professional photography equipment and tripods, Selfie Stick 3) Large-sized bags, such as suitcases and oversized backpacks 4) All food and beverages, except for a single 500ml bottle of water [Locker Service Information] -Lockers will be available from three hours before the concert starts until one hour after it ends. -The storage fee is 4,000 KRW (for re-storing items : additional 2,000 KRW) -Lockers operate on a first-come, first-served basis. It may close early if all available lockers are filled. -You must present your storage receipt to retrieve your items. -The organizer and host will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any stored items. (14 Items) [Important Information] - Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted. - Payment Methods: Only cash or credit card payment is accepted. The Official Light Stick will be centrally controlled after entering and turning it on. - You can use the GFRIEND OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.2(Night Haneul Bong) and Ver.3, but we do not support Ver.1. - Make sure to use new alkaline batteries before the concert. - The official light stick needs three AAA alkaline batteries. - Low battery can weaken light brightness and interrupt the central control. - Before the concert begins, the test can be conducted to ensure that the Light Stick is controlled normally.
