GFRIEND GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB BUDDY MEMBERSHIP refund policy has been adjusted

Hello. This is Source Music. First of all, we would like to thank all of our GFRIEND GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB BUDDY MEMBERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as “Membership”) holders. Refunds regarding the remaining period of Membership have been readjusted & changed. After the refund announcement made last June 3, some membership holders requested a refund option in cash, as well as in Weverse Shop cash. We adjusted the refund formula of membership to reflect on the request, so that membership holders can get a refund either in cash or in Weverse Shop cash. Below are adjusted refund methods. <Eligibility> -BUDDY membership holders with remaining period of membership <Refund amount calculation> -Refund amount = (A*B)*110% -A : remaining period (unit: day) = Membership end date - Membership expiration date -B : amount per day (unit: KRW) = 25,000 KRW / 365 ( round off numbers below decimal point) -Refund starting date (membership sales closing date) : May 22, 2021 -Those who subscribed to BUDDY membership after May 1, 2021 will receive a full refund of 25,000 KRW. <Application period> -From Wed. June 9, 2021, to Thu. July 8, 2021 (for one month, KST) <Refund method (you can choose in the application form attached to the email)> Method 1 : cash (You need to submit personal information and bank account information) Method 2 : Weverse Shop cash (You need to submit personal information) <Notes> -If you get a refund of the membership, you may no longer be able to access membership-only content on GFRIEND Weverse. (‘Membership Only’ tab - BUDDY LOUNGE, ‘Media’ tab -‘For Wever’ category) -Users who do not want the refund can use the membership until the expiration date. -Refund is possible only when the request is made during the application period. -If you type in erroneous information, such as wrong account numbers, refund may be delayed or may not be made. Please type in the correct information. We will send an email (Weverse Shop email you used to subscribe to the membership) to those eligible for a refund on June 9. Please submit relevant information, such as personal information of the refundee and bank account numbers. Also, if you want to change the refund method after completing and submitting the application, please re-apply with the new email sent out to you. We deeply apologize for causing inconvenience.
