Please make sure to complete verification within the period. - Pre-verification can only be done using a Weverse account registered with the official Girls’ Generation fan club “S♡NE” (GL). - If verification is completed on the Korean booking page, the fan club pre-sale will only be available on the Korean page; if completed on the global page, pre-sale will only be available on the global page. - Only one Weverse account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID; duplicate verifications are not allowed. - Verified membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused. Even if you delete your Melon Ticket account, re-verification is not possible. - Pre-sale tickets are valid only if the membership is maintained until the performance date. For bank transfer, payment must be completed by 23:59:59 the next day to secure the ticket. Failure to complete payment within the period will result in automatic cancellation. Bank processing times may vary. - Even after completing verification, tickets can only be purchased via general sale after the pre-sale period. Please ensure you complete both verification and pre-sale within the designated period. If pre-sale is sold out, no seats may be available during general sale. - Payment method: credit card only (bank transfer not allowed) to ensure smooth ticketing and prevent unauthorized bookings. 4) Wheelchair Seats - Fan Club Pre-Sale: November 14, 2025 (Fri) 10:00 – 17:59:59 (KST) - General Sale: November 17, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 (KST) onwards - Wheelchair seats are available by phone only (Melon Ticket Customer Service: 1899-0042). - Up to 2 tickets per show, including the attendee and one companion. Both must book tickets together in advance. - Wheelchair seats are in areas without chairs. Even with a disability card, attendees not using a wheelchair cannot use these seats. - Booking is allowed only for the person whose name is on the disability card. Otherwise, both the attendee and companion cannot receive tickets or enter. - Tickets must be collected on the day of the performance with valid ID and disability card.
