From March 8th to 10th, the Fan Club booth, “Hwangdo ZONE,” will open for 3 days during the HWANG MIN HYUN FAN MEETING <Peach Garden> for HWANG MIN HYUN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP. <Hwangdo Membership Fan Club Booth ‘Hwangdo ZONE’> [How to Use] - Visit ‘Hwangdo ZONE’ during operating hours - Verify your identity and your Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP - Receive a random photo card [Operating Hours] Day 1 - From 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday, March 8, 2024 (KST) Day 2 - From 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Saturday, March 9, 2023 (KST) Day 3 - From 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Sunday, March 10, 2023 (KST) [How to Verify] - Concert ticket for the same day - ID card (for the verification of your picture, name, and DOB) - Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP CARD * You must present all three items above and have the physical ticket and ID card. (Pictures of them will not be accepted.) ※ The images in the photo cards vary each day. [LUCKY CARD Information] "LUCKY Hwangdo CARDS" are included randomly among the distributed photo cards. 'LUCKY Hwangdo CARD': Those who receive cards written may come to the "LUCKY Hwangdo CARD Redemption Booth" to exchange them for the corresponding gift. [Things to Note] - Only Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP holders with a concert ticket for the same day can use the fan club booth and not use it multiple times. (One member can use the booth once per day.) ex.) If you are visiting on Friday, March 8, and carrying a concert ticket for the 8th, you CAN use the booth. If you are visiting on Saturday, March 9, but carrying a ticket for the 10th, you CANNOT use the booth. - A valid ID card must include your picture, name, and DOB for verification. (A picture of an identification will not be accepted.) ※ What are valid forms of ID? * For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS App) *For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card(certification of alien registration) - Other IDs are not allowed. (e.g. student ID, photocopies, photos, certified copies of resident registration, etc) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Photos of IDs, printouts, and screenshots of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - The information on the ID must be identical to the information you have entered for the raffle. The ID must include a full legal name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information you have provided for the raffle, you will be denied admission. - All IDs must be presented physically and must be current (i.e., not expired) to be considered valid. - For South Korean nationals, an ID must contain a photo, a 13-digit resident registration number, and the full name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office. - If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiry date all protected with a transparent sticker. Any ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For customers who entered the raffle with names in languages other than English and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has their photo and name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. - When verifying your ID, we may conduct additional verification processes, such as asking you questions or requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. - If you provided your name in English during Hwangdo Membership registration, only your passport is valid for identity verification. Example) Name on ID: 황민현 → Name on Application: 황민현 (O) // 신청 시 이름: HWANG MINHYUN (X) Name on ID: HWANG MINHYUN → Name on Application: HWANG MINHYUN (O) // 신청 시 이름: 황민현 (X) - You are prohibited from borrowing any item necessary for identity verification from someone else. If anyone is found borrowing identity verification items from someone else, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club activities. - Once you receive the photo card, the back of your ticket will be marked to indicate your receipt.
