[Exhibition Schedule] - Exhibition Period: From Monday, June 29 to Monday, July 6, 2026 - Operating Hours: From 11 am to 8 pm (KST) - Location: 1F, 58 Seongdeokjeong-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (58GROUND) * A mobile audio guide service is provided at this photo exhibition. [Early Reservation Information] - Opening Date for Reservations: 8 pm, Friday, June 26, 2026 (KST) - Reservation Link: Make an early reservation * For detailed information regarding reservations, please see the NAVER Booking page. * The time for each session refers to the entry time, not the viewing time. [Visitor Guide] - For smooth operations, the 2026 HWANG MIN HYUN PHOTOBOOK <ON 道> photo exhibition accepts both early reservation and on-site reservation. 1. Early Reservation Information - Early reservation is only available to customers who have made a reservation through NAVER Booking. Please be sure to check the early reservation precautions before making your visit. - Only the person who made the reservation can enter. Please use your own ID when making early reservations. Your identity will be verified upon entry. - Please arrive at your reserved time. To prevent congestion at the entrance, you can wait on-site starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. - Entry closes 10 minutes before the closing time of your reserved session. - Reservation sessions or dates cannot be changed on-site. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your reservation and make a new one. - Due to the NAVER system policy, individuals under the age of 14 cannot make reservations; therefore, reservations for minors are only possible by changing the visitor name. After making a reservation using a legal guardian’s account, you must enter the visitor’s information in the visitor name and visitor contact fields. (You must bring your own ID. The guardian’s ID or a family relationship certificate is also required.) - Early reservation applicants must bring a NAVER Booking mobile ticket for the correct day and an ID card for identity verification. * For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) * For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. - For smooth operations, re-entry is not allowed once you exit. - Please understand that entry may be delayed beyond your reserved time depending on on-site circumstances. 2. On-Site Reservation Information - The 2026 HWANG MIN HYUN PHOTOBOOK <ON 道> photo exhibition accepts on-site reservations. However, priority entry will be given to online ticket holders who made early reservations. - If a line forms before the exhibition opens, the on-site queuing system will start accepting registrations in front of the exhibition venue at 10:30 AM (KST). This may change depending on on-site circumstances. - The on-site entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Even those who have already registered for entry may have their entry delayed or denied, depending on the queue and on-site circumstances. - Once you register your name in the queuing system, you will receive a notification message via KakaoTalk or email. Please be sure to enter within 15 minutes after you receive the entry notification. Your queue reservation will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes. Please arrive on time. - When you enter, we will check the notification message on KakaoTalk or email. Screenshots will not be accepted. - We ask that only customers who have received an entry notification come in front of the exhibition venue. We kindly ask for your active cooperation with the staff guidance to ensure safety and smooth entry. - To ensure smooth operations, you cannot enter the venue after you have exited. If you wish to enter again, you will have to register your name in the queuing system again. - Please refer to on-site guidance for further details. [Important Information When Making Purchases] 1. After entry, product purchases are limited to one transaction per person, and re-entry is not allowed upon exit. If you wish to enter again, you will have to register your name in the queuing system again. 2. The purchase limit is two per person for each item and option. Payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the purchase limit. 3. Purchase limits may vary depending on sales circumstances. 4. All products are available in limited quantities and may sell out early. 5. All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). Only credit cards are accepted for payment. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. 6. Cash is not accepted for payment. 7. In accordance with government policy, disposable shopping bags will not be provided free of charge at the exhibition venue and will be available for a fee instead. 8. During the photo exhibition operating period, exchanges and refunds for defective products are only available on-site at the exhibition venue. Please bring the purchased item, receipt, payment method, and any gifts provided upon purchase. 2. We will be unable to grant exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 3. You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. 4. Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - Items that have been tailored, repaired, or washed - Damaged or opened packaging, or products with cut, lost, or damaged labels/tags - Products with signs of being used or worn - Products with diminished value due to customer negligence (improper storage or handling) 5. After the exhibition operating period ends, inquiries regarding defective product exchanges should be directed via email (cs@withmuu.com). 6. Should you have any inquiries regarding our exchange and refund policy, please ask the exhibition store staff. [Exhibition Events] 1. Exhibition Visitor Giveaway Event - An entry ticket will be provided to each visitor to the photo exhibition. (* Provided upon entry) 2. Photo Book Purchaser Event - If you purchase the photo book, you will receive a set of 2 photo cards. - If you purchase the photo book, you will receive an “A” raffle ticket, which will give you a chance to win a SPECIAL GIFT. (SPECIAL GIFTs can only be delivered to addresses within Korea.) * SPECIAL GIFTs > Tufting rug (1 winner), autographed Polaroid (5 winners) 3. Merchandise Purchaser Event - If you spend KRW 70,000 or more, you will receive 1 photo card. - If you spend KRW 50,000 or more, you will receive a “B” raffle ticket, which will give you a chance to win a frame from the exhibition. - The frame cannot be shipped and must be picked up in person at WITHMUU Square (12 Donggyo-ro 9-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul) during the designated period after the exhibition ends. * Number of Winners: 50 [Important Information for Participating in the Events] 1. Event gifts are limited in quantity and distribution may end early. 2. Event gifts are provided based on the product sale price in Korean won (KRW, ₩). 3. Event eligibility is based on the amount on a single receipt only; combining or splitting receipts is not allowed. 4. Only receipts from purchases made on the same day are eligible for participation in the event. 5. Due to the nature of the materials used for gifts, minor scratches or ink smudges that may occur are not considered defects. Dents, ink stains, and pressed marks smaller than 5 mm are not eligible for exchange or return (including the back of the photo card). 6. If there is an issue with a gift, exchanges are only available on-site during the exhibition operating period, so please be sure to check your items upon receipt. If purchased items are canceled, refunded, or returned, the accompanying gifts must also be returned for the cancellation, refund, or return to be processed. 8. The details of these events and their prizes may be changed or terminated without prior notice depending on the organizer’s circumstances. 9. Please follow on-site instructions regarding applications and participation. [Other Important Information] 1. To ensure a pleasant experience, no food or drinks are allowed at the site. Pets will be restricted from entering (except for service dogs for the disabled). 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. 4. Please note that photographs and videos containing visitors’ faces may appear in content that will be released in the future. 5. Parking is not available in the building. Please use another parking lot or public transportation. We do not offer assistance related to parking. 6.
