Any revisions or updates to the fan signing event will be provided through this notice and HWANG MIN HYUN’s official account on Twitter (@MINHYUN_PLEDIS). 〈2026 HWANG MIN HYUN PHOTOBOOK [ON 道]〉 - Date and Time: 3:45 pm, Saturday, September 5, 2026 (KST) - Number of Participants: 15 - Application Period: From 12 pm, Monday, June 29 to 11:59 pm, Sunday, July 5, 2026 (KST) * The time of completing your purchase will be counted as the time of your event entry. (If you do not complete payment, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be excluded from event entry) - Retailer: WITHMUU online mall (withmuu.com) - Winner Announcement: After 5 pm, Monday, July 6, 2026 (KST) To be announced in the [EVENT - Winner Announcement] notice board on WITHMUU website and via individual text messages to winners [Event Details] 1. On the day of the event, winners will receive a message regarding the event via KakaoTalk. 4. Winners should check the pre-announced order, prepare their mobile phones in advance, and wait for their turn. 5. Once the event begins, and it is your turn, you will receive a connection notification message. 6. The event will proceed in order of the winning numbers. If a connection cannot be established two or more times, participation in the event will not be possible. Please take this into consideration and make sure to prepare a mobile phone capable of video calls on the selected channel/platform before the event begins. 7. This event will be conducted as a 90-second one-on-one video call with the artist. When the timer sounds, the video call will automatically end. If the winner does not end the call, the connection will be terminated immediately. * If you placed multiple orders under the same purchaser information during the raffle application period, your orders will be totaled and counted toward your entries. Example) If ID “John Doe” purchased two products first and three products later, all within the raffle application period, “John Doe” will be entered five times for the raffle as he has five total purchases. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. [Important Information on the Event Process] 1. The autograph will only be signed as “To (Winner’s Name)” on the cover of the 2026 HWANG MIN HYUN PHOTOBOOK <ON 道>. If you request a change of name during the event, your call may be terminated. 2. You cannot get the autograph anywhere other than the cover of the 2026 HWANG MIN HYUN PHOTOBOOK <ON 道>. (If you purchased multiple copies, only one will be randomly selected to be signed.) 3. All event participants must bring a valid ID. 4. Your name, photograph, and date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match your application information. 5. During the video call, requests other than photobook signings will not be permitted (e.g., “Please draw a picture,” “Please write a postscript,” etc.). 6. This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. 7. The autograph will be signed in one of the photobooks you purchased, and the signed photobook will be shipped after the event ends. By applying for the fan signing event, you are deemed to have agreed to the opening of the photobook for signing. 8. When the timer sounds, indicating the end of the event time, the video call will automatically end. 9. During the event, only one winner must appear on the screen. If anyone other than the winner participates in the call, or if the call is transferred to another person at any point, the connection will be terminated immediately upon detection. 10. If the call ends due to battery depletion or any personal circumstances, reconnection will not be possible under any circumstances. Please take note of this in advance. 11. During the event, live streaming, audio recording, and photo or video recording using secondary electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Uploading any unauthorized recordings or footage to social media or online communities may result in penalties. 12. For smooth operation, please refrain from initiating outgoing calls to the event organizer. (Violation may result in disqualification from participation.) 13. During the event, if any participant makes unreasonable requests to the artist, asks personal questions, or engages in abusive language, criticism, or inappropriate behavior, the call will be terminated immediately. 14. We kindly ask that you refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the smooth running of the event, including making unreasonable demands of the artist. If inappropriate behavior is observed, the call may be terminated, and further penalties may be applied. 15. This event is a precious moment shared between HWANG MIN HYUN and Hwangdo. For smooth operations, please carefully review and comply with all guidelines. In addition to the above instructions, any behavior deemed to significantly disrupt the event may result in intervention by staff.
