The store is located in the pop-up space on Central City Plaza, first floor of Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam. 2. The number of people allowed in the store at one time may be restricted for a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 3. Entry to the store is only available through the designated entrance. Exchanges and refunds are available during the store operation hours (Tuesday, March 26, 10:30 AM to Sunday, March 31, 8:30 PM) at the store of purchase, but only for cases where the purchased product is defective. 2. Please bring the purchased product and your receipt for an exchange with the same product, or a refund. Please note that the product must be undamaged. - If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead. - A refund will be made with the original payment method. Any received event gifts (lucky draw photocards, event prizes) must also be returned upon refund. 3. Exchange and refund are not available in the following cases: - The product has been customized, altered, or washed. - The label or tag of the product has been damaged or lost, or the packaging has been opened. - The product shows signs of use or wear. - The product has been lost or is compromised of its value as a new product due to customer negligence (improper storage or mishandling). 4. Exchanges and refunds are not available after the store operating hours end. Please make sure to check your product for any defects immediately after your purchase. 5. Please return to the waiting line for re-entry. 2. Unauthorized promotional filming of the store by bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc., is prohibited without prior authorization. 3. CCTV will be in operation for safety within the store premises. 4. Video and photo shooting will take place inside and outside the premises. The footage may be shared on HYBE's official channels, including social networking services, media, etc. Please note that customers' faces may be recorded or included in the footage. 5. Please refrain from waiting outside the store overnight. We cannot guarantee nighttime safety, and any waiting lines formed before opening hours may be disbanded. 6.
