We ask for your understanding. * Refunds due to changes in the event are not available. 【VIP Seat Seat Details】 ・VIP Seats ticket holders may attend the Sound Check Event before the actual show and watch both the Sound Check Event and the actual show at the same seat in the reserved VIP seating section in the arena area. ・Please note that once you have entered the Sound Check Event, you must remain inside the venue until the end of the main concert. Re-entry to the venue will not be allowed if you leave during the event. ・The Sound Check Event will be held about an hour before the entrance time for each concert.
