The official merchandise can be purchased on-site. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. How to Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The 2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the concert. 1) Official Merchandise On-Site Sales Booth * Sales Dates/Times From 11 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday, June 7, 2025 From 10 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, June 8, 2025 * On-Site Sales Location - Olympic Hall, Olympic Park [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - A maximum of two OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKs can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of ten TRADING CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, TRADING CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than one option, up to three items can be purchased per option (e.g., for S/S SHIRT, you can purchase up to nine pieces, three pieces per size). - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * Merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Please have your receipt and payment method ready when exchanging a product. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The 2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Sold On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and receipt with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened packaging - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. However, refunds are not possible after the on-site booth operation period. 2. Official Merchandise Service Booth Exchanges and refunds are available for official merchandise purchased on-site, including Official Light Stick service. 1) Outdoor Official Merchandise Service Booth * Operating Schedule - From 1 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, June 7, 2025 - From 12 pm to 4:30 pm, Sunday, June 8, 2025 * Location - Inside the official merchandise sales booth at Olympic Hall, Olympic Park 2) Indoor Official Merchandise Service Booth * Operating Schedule - From when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins, Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8, 2025 - The indoor booth offers Light Stick-related services only. * Location - Gate 1-4 3. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Light Sticks will be synced for light effects at the concert. For this concert, you do not need to pair your Light Sticks with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
