Please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. - Guests will be called for sequential entry through the on-site queuing system. If you do not enter within 15 minutes after being called, your queue reservation will be automatically canceled. - One entry is allowed per reservation. - On-site reservations do not guarantee entry. (Entry may close early depending on the number of people waiting.) - Re-entry with a lapsed entry message is not possible after exiting. - A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for an exchange/refund of a product or an album. - Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. - Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] - Pick up the merchandise you wish to purchase at the Merch Zone and bring it to the counter for payment.
