Below is an update on key activities. In addition to regularly filing legal complaints, we also regularly take legal action against suspects who infringe upon the rights of our artists. In addition to the legal complaints referenced in our previous notice, separate criminal charges have been filed against suspects who publicly posted sexual insults about the artists. We would like to inform you that the identities of these suspects and the details of their charges have already been verified and forwarded to the prosecution. We remain committed to ensuring that suspects in unresolved cases face severe penalties under the law. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that many of the perpetrators who created deepfake videos of the artists have been arrested and sentenced to prison. Even in cases where anonymous social networking services like Telegram are used, it is possible to track down creators and distributors through international judicial cooperation. We are doing the utmost to cooperate swiftly and actively with the requests of investigative agencies in order to protect our artists’ rights and to impose severe penalties on the offenders. We are monitoring malicious posts and comments related to our artists, including the dissemination of false information, defamation, and sexual harassment, across domestic communities (including NAVER, Daum, Nate, TheQoo, DCInside, Instiz, Ilgan Best, FMKorea, and Melon) and international social media channels (including X, Instagram, and YouTube). We are also conducting regular criminal filings against the authors of malicious posts that infringe upon the rights and interests of our artists. We would like to reiterate that we are taking all possible legal actions regarding the abovementioned illegal activities, with no settlement or leniency extended under any circumstances. We will take strict action against perpetrators of malicious posts based on the evidence collected through fan reports and our monitoring system in order to continue protecting the rights of our artists.
