[Operating Schedule] - Operating Period: From Tuesday, November 25 to Sunday, November 30, 2025 - Operating Hours: From 11 am to 8 pm (KST) - Location: 4F SPACE #2 & 3, Ktown4u COEX (4F Shinhan Card Artium, 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) [Entry Information] - To ensure safety, only a limited number of visitors may enter at one time. Please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. - Guests will be called for sequential entry through the on-site queuing system. If you do not enter within 20 minutes after being called, your queue reservation will be automatically canceled. - One entry is allowed per reservation. - Even if you have registered in the on-site queuing system, entry may close early, depending on the number of people in the queue. - Re-entry is not possible after exiting. - A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for an exchange/refund of a product or an album. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. - Payments cannot be made during break time (3 pm - 4 pm). Customers already in the store can use the store during that time, except for making payments. - Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. - A fan event will be held in the space on Monday, November 24, 2025, prior to the operating period. Entry and use will be limited to the event winners. Please see the notice for more details. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] - Fill out an order sheet for the products you wish to purchase, submit it at the counter, and complete payment. You can then pick up your items at the separate pickup area. - All products may sell out early. - The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product. - Payment may be denied or canceled for purchases exceeding the limit. - The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site at the POP-UP and is subject to change depending on availability. - Payments can be made by credit card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Kakao Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash. Please prepare your payment method accordingly. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) - The gifts provided upon product purchase are only provided on the day of purchase, and will not be provided without a receipt. - As government policy prohibits free disposable shopping bags in the event space, shopping bags are sold for a fee. - Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] - For exchanges or refunds, please visit the POP-UP store along with the product, receipt, and payment method within the operating period. - Exchanges and refunds are available only at the POP-UP store during the operating period. Please check the product for defects on-site. - Any issues related to incorrect product purchases or unreceived items due to checkout errors will be handled after verifying the receipt on-site on the day of purchase. Such issues cannot be resolved after the day of purchase, so please check the receipt and product on-site after making your purchase. - Exchanges and refunds will not be available after the POP-UP store operating period. - If the product you wish to exchange due to a defect is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same product, and a refund will be issued. - A refund will be made to your payment method, and the gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. - Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: (1) The gifts provided upon purchase are not returned or are damaged (2) The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer (3) The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened packaging (4) The product has had its value damaged to an extent that it cannot be resold [Event Information] 1. [Food & Beverage Purchase Gift] - Purchase one dessert → Receive one unreleased unit selfie photo card (randomly provided out of two) + one logo cup sleeve + one portrait dessert pick + one portrait mini poster - The portrait dessert pick and mini poster will match the member whose dessert you order. (E.g., if you order the “YUNAH” dessert, you will receive the “YUNAH” dessert pick and mini poster) 4. Combined (Album + Merchandise + Food & Beverage) Purchase Gift - Spend KRW 100,000 or more on albums, merchandise, and food & beverage → Receive one unreleased group selfie photo card + one photo booth voucher - This special gift is only available when your purchase total for albums, merchandise, and food & beverage is KRW 100,000 or more. 5. Things to Note - All special gifts can be received multiple times, depending on the total purchase amount or quantity. You can receive them at the pickup area after payment by following the instructions of the staff. - All gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may run out early. - The gifts are provided randomly and cannot be exchanged or selected. - The gifts are only available on the day of purchase. - Purchases cannot be split for the purpose of receiving multiple gifts. Receipts cannot be combined to qualify for gift eligibility. - The special gift photo cards may have fine scratches due to the nature of the material. These are not considered valid reasons for an exchange or refund. - Marks, scratches, small dots, and indentations less than 5 mm in size that are visible only through light reflection may occur during the photo card printing process and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. (Including on the back of the cards) - If there is a defect in a special gift, it can only be exchanged on the same day. [Other Important Information] - No outside food or drinks are allowed to ensure your pleasant experience. Pets will be restricted from entering. - Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). - Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. - We may take pictures or videos inside and around the POP-UP store. The photos and videos may be uploaded on HYBE and Ktown4u’s official channels, social media channels, platforms, etc. - Parking fee validation is not provided for COEX parking. - To ensure on-site safety, individual events (such as handing out goods, illegal merchandise, selling products, etc.) are not allowed around the POP-UP store. The official products will be sold only at the POP-UP store during its operating period. - Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. - Delivering letters or gifts for artists at the POP-UP store is prohibited. - For your safe viewing experience, please follow the guidance of the POP-UP store staff.
