[Important Notice Regarding Application] * The application page will become operational at exactly 5:00 pm, when applications open. * You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply”; please proceed with the application in time. * You will not be able to enter multiple times. * Winners will be selected by raffle from applications received starting from the exact application opening time. * Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. * Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, applications or transfers by a third party individual, or any other unauthorized activities will result in a cancellation of the win without exception and will be denied entry to this event. If your membership is set to expire between your registration and the event date, please renew it in advance. 2) ID card with a recognizable photo ※ Valid Forms of ID - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - IDs that have expired, lack information, or are photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of entry transference or ID forgery. - For those who signed up through JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. Filming and Image Rights * This event will include filming for an official variety show, and participating GLLITs may appear in the footage. * By applying for and participating in this event, you will be deemed to have consented to the filming of your likeness, including your face, and its use in future official content (including videos and photos), broadcasts, and promotional materials. * Please understand that those who do not consent to filming may not be able to apply for or participate in the event. On-Site Items and Production Details * Due to the nature of the broadcast and the variety show concept, participants may be asked to wear or change into specific outfits (matching group attire) on-site. Detailed information will be provided along with the winner announcement. * To ensure on-site safety and maintain the confidentiality of the variety show filming, all participants are required to fully cooperate with the instructions of the event staff. * To prevent spoilers, taking photos or videos, making audio recordings, and sharing spoilers on social media are strictly prohibited at the filming venue. Violators will be immediately removed from the venue and may face additional penalties. * If you are selected for this event but fail to attend, you may face restrictions on participating in future music show recordings and events for ILLIT’s 5th Mini Album. * Please note that no photo cards or other music show recording items will be given out at this event. * In accordance with the previous notice on ILLIT Fan Etiquette, participation may be restricted for those who violate fan etiquette. * The orders for eligible products will be changed to “Product Preparing for Shipping” after the winners are announced, and they may not be available for cancellation or refund. * The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the ILLIT OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK as provided in this notice is prohibited. Participants who use prohibited cheering items may be subject to restrictions imposed by on-site staff. * Please take care not to damage or lose the entry wristband provided at check-in, as it will be used to verify your entry order and identity. The wristband is required for admission to all filming sessions. * You may deliver your letters to the ILLIT members at the event through the on-site staff. * Anyone found to violate the rules mentioned in the Fan Etiquette Notice may be banned from participating in future official ILLIT events. ※ This event is open to applicants aged 15 or older as of the application date. However, applications are restricted for those under the minimum age applicable according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the country and region of access (14 years old in Korea, 13 years old in the USA, 16 years old elsewhere). Those below the applicable age will not be able to participate, even with the accompaniment of a guardian.
