The winner is requested to submit the required ticket issuance information by November 15th, 2024 11:59PM (PT) using this <link>. *You must consent to the collection of personal information to fill in the form. Please note that we can proceed with ticket issuance if accurate information has been provided. Event Winner: Event Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets* to Jeremy Zucker’s Brent Forever Tour, from one date of their choice within the following US tour dates: Nashville, TN (11/17) Boston, MA (11/22) Brooklyn, NY (11/27) Salt Lake City, UT (12/7) Denver, CO (12/8) Congratulations to the Event Winner, and thank you all for your continued love support for Jeremy Zucker! [Please Note] 1. The tickets provided as prizes will consist of two tickets for the same date, and it is not possible to receive tickets for different dates or to change dates. (For example, you cannot receive one ticket for November 15th and one ticket for November 16th.) - We highly encourage the selection of your local tour date within your city and state of residence, as travel, transportation, and accommodations will not be provided. 2. If you delete the post that has been selected as the even-winning post, your event prize may be canceled. Please do not delete the event-winning post until you have received your tickets. 3. The winner will get an email to their Weverse account email to collect the personal information for a ticket giveaway from Weverse Company & Mutual Friends. - A survey link will be provided to obtain consent for personal information. 4. The collected personal information is used only to deliver the event prizes. - Duration of keeping and using the collected personal information: 7 days for the participants, and 1 year for the event winners after the winner announcement. 5. The winners will be announced by the nickname and account information used to participate in the event. Please refrain from changing your nickname after participating in this event. 6. The event winners will receive a confirmation email containing a Google Form link, requesting consent for collecting and using personal information and unique identifier information. If you do refuse consent or fail to reply by the specified deadline, your event prize may be canceled. Please make sure to check your email and reply promptly. 7. If any misconduct is discovered during the event participation and identity verification process, we reserve the right to refuse ticket issuance at the ticket booth. 8. When participating in the event, please provide an email address that can receive and reply to the event and service-related emails. (If your email address is made unidentifiable through services such as Hide My Email, and therefore the email address cannot be used for receiving or sending emails, it will result in omission from the draw or cancellation of the prize.) 9. Uploading content that is irrelevant to the artists or violating the Weverse Community Guideline will result in penalties. 10. Participating in the event by using fraudulent methods, such as spamming and other abusive actions, will result in omission from the draw or cancellation of the prize. 11. Creating posts that are irrelevant to the event and that contain insults, profanity, and other inappropriate content will result in omission from the draw or cancellation of the prize. 12. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to adhere to the above precautions.
