We’d like to share the guidelines for participating in public broadcasts for JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI).” To ensure you don’t encounter any disadvantages due to lack of awareness, please read the following carefully if you are an ONLY B attedning a music show featuring JUST B. [How to apply to participate in public broadcasts] ⦁All public broadcasts are only available to individuals with a JUST B WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP. [Required items for a public broadcast] Valid ID JUST B WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP mobile card 2 Physical copies of JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” (Excluding the NEMO album) Music download history page of all songs from JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” Identity verification page on Melon Music [Order of entrance to public broadcasts] Priority: Valid ID + 2 physical copies of JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” (excluding the NEMO album) + music download history page of all songs from JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” + identity verification page on Melon Music Secondary: Valid ID + 1 of 2 physical copies of JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” (any version/excluding the NEMO album) + music download history page of all songs from JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” + identity verification page on Melon Music Tertiary: Valid ID + music download history page of all songs from JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI)” + identity verification page on Melon Music *Please be aware that entry will be denied to those without the required items, regardless of their priority or position on the roster. *An album/music sticker will be given to those who finish verifying their physical album, music download history, and identity at check-in. *Once you have the album/music sticker, there will be no further album/music verification, and you will not need to bring the required items with you. [ID verification] ⦁Verification for JUST B WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP is only possible using the mobile card within the Weverse app after launching it on-site. Screenshots, scans, and photographs will not be accepted. ⦁The JUST B WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP mobile card can be found by selecting the membership button within the JUST B community on the Weverse app. ⦁Only physical IDs such as resident registration cards, driver’s licenses, and passports that display your full name, photo, and date of birth will be accepted. Photocopies and photographs will not be accepted. ⦁Screenshots of mobile IDs will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID application on-site. ⦁If you are bringing your ID card application (temporary ID), please bring a copy of your birth certificate or health insurance card for additional verification. ⦁If your name has been changed, please bring your name change confirmation with you. ⦁You will not be admitted under any circumstances if your ID does not display your full name, photo, and date of birth, or if you don’t have an ID with you. ⦁If you signed up for JUST B WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP using your English name, you can only verify your identity using your passport. ⦁If it’s discovered that you’ve falsified, transferred, or borrowed an ID, you’ll be denied entry and placed on a blacklist for the entire album promotion period. ⦁If your ID doesn’t match your actual appearance, we may ask for additional verification. [Album verification] ⦁In the initial week of the promotion cycle (October 10 - October 15), you can substitute your album with an album purchase receipt. *Only printouts of the album purchase receipt will be accepted, and the album verification sticker will only be given after the physical album has been verified. *Along with the album purchase receipt, please bring a printout of the identity verification page on the site where you purchased the album. If your identity is not verified, it will not be accepted (Only receipts with the participant’s own information will be accepted/purchases made with family members’ or acquaintances’ IDs will not be considered valid). ⦁Non-sale, promotional, and unopened albums will not be accepted for verification (Please bring both the CD-R and the package). *Make sure to have the album cover, photo book, and CD with you. You do not need to bring other components like photo cards. [Music download verification] ⦁The music purchase history and identity verification page must be printed out in physical form, and the nickname on the music purchase history page must match the nickname on the identity verification page (Only the purchase history with the participant’s own information will be accepted/purchases made with family members’ or acquaintances’ IDs will not be considered valid). ⦁Your music purchase history is considered valid only if it’s from the Melon music site, and only individual song purchases will be accepted. Purchases made through DCF, streaming passes, etc., will not be acknowledged. ⦁Please be aware that your music purchase history will be considered valid only if you’ve downloaded every song from JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI),” including the title track. ⦁Please be mindful when preparing printed materials, as we cannot accept those that are hard to verify. ⦁If the provided information doesn’t match your actual details, you will not be granted entry and will be marked as absent. ⦁If the album verification sticker and music verification sticker are attached to the attendance card after the first verification, you will only need to bring the attendance card for subsequent public broadcasts. [Check-in] ⦁Information about the check-in location will be available on the JUST B Official Twitter account (@JUSTB_Official) on the day of the broadcast. Please check periodically, as it may change based on the on-site situation. ⦁Depending on the on-site situation, on-site staff may not be able to line you up. Please refer to the uploaded roster and line up in order of your number at least 10 minutes before the check-in time. ⦁Those arriving after the check-in begins will be placed at the end of the line, regardless of their priority or roster order. *Admission Order: Roster – Late arrivals (first come, first served), Individuals with missing items (by roster number) – On-site participation (first come, first served by rank) *Keep in mind that without your ID, you will not be admitted, even during the turn of individuals with missing items. *Please check the announcement of the public broadcast you’re participating in for the latest updates on on-site participation availability. ⦁Please refrain from moving during check-in, and if you leave your spot without consulting with the fan manager, you may not be able to enter. ⦁Leaving your spot without notifying the staff during mid-check may result in either admission as the last number on the roster or non-admittance, depending on the situation. ⦁There will be a final recheck-in just prior to entry. If you are not in your spot, you will enter as the last number on the roster, regardless of your attendance sticker and number. ⦁Once check-in concludes and the final headcount is submitted to the station, no further admissions will be allowed. Please arrive at the site well in advance, as the timing of the headcount check could be subject to change based on on-site conditions. ⦁During check-in, the on-site staff will handwrite the date and number on your attendance card. If you’ve finished the check-in process but haven’t received a date and order, album/music verification sticker, or attendance sticker, please promptly inform a staff member. Admission will not be possible if we are unable to verify your details. ⦁Please be aware that if you misplace your attendance sticker, it cannot be reissued. ⦁The attendance sticker cannot be transferred or exchanged. If you are found in violation, you will be ineligible to participate in any JUST B events and public broadcasts. ⦁Participants with a reserve number will not face any penalties for non-attendance. Please note that admission is not guaranteed and may not be possible depending on on-site conditions. [Penalties for non-attendance] ⦁Missing three broadcasts will result in a ban from all album promotion public broadcasts. Penalties will be applied for non-attendance regardless of the reason, so please apply only if you are certain you can attend. ⦁If you leave your spot without consulting the fan manager after check-in, penalties will be imposed. [Precautions for public broadcast recordings] ⦁While the mask requirement has been lifted, we strongly advise wearing a mask both indoors and outdoors during the broadcast for your safety. ⦁Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, we request that you always bring a mask to the site. ⦁Photography and video recording are strictly forbidden at all public broadcast venues. If you are caught in the act, you will be banned from all of JUST B’s events and public broadcasts. The entire fan club seats could face penalties, so we request the active cooperation of ONLY Bs. ⦁Depending on the broadcasting station, your belongings may be subject to inspection before entering. If you have professional equipment like cameras or camcorders, you may be denied entry. ⦁If you are carrying photography and recording equipment, please store it in a nearby storage room beforehand. On-site staff will not store your personal belongings. ⦁To prevent any misunderstandings, ensure that all electronic devices, including cell phones and smartwatches, are placed in your bag after entering. ⦁Depending on the broadcasting station, individuals exceeding the height specified by the station may be restricted from entering the standing audience area, irrespective of their attendance sticker and number tag. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. ⦁Please refrain from making personal comments, as doing so may disrupt the recording and potentially result in penalties affecting your fan club seat access. Should this situation persist, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the fan manager and the station. ⦁ While you’re welcome to bring your JUST B lightstick, please be aware that personal banners, placards, fans, electronic displays, and the like are prohibited and will be confiscated if discovered, and they will not be returned. ⦁Please note that lightsticks may not be allowed depending on the broadcasting station. ⦁Depending on the situation at the public broadcasting site, there may be recording delays and other unforeseen circumstances, and leaving midway for personal reasons is not allowed. [Other Precautions] ⦁Upon receiving the attendance card, kindly complete your personal information promptly. The attendance card must contain your handwritten personal details (name, date of birth, phone number) to be valid. Ensure you fill in your personal information accurately. ⦁Using someone else’s attendance card to participate will result in disciplinary action, and you will be prohibited from attending any future JUST B public broadcasts. ⦁There may be age restrictions for entry depending on the broadcasting station. Please check the program information before applying. ⦁If you are a fan of another artist and are found entering the broadcast, you will be immediately removed and will not be permitted to attend future broadcasts. ⦁Fan letters and gifts cannot be delivered to JUST B’s members while they are en route to or from the broadcast. ⦁Gifts cannot be delivered at any public broadcasts, and for fan letters, please adhere to on-site instructions by writing the recipient’s name on the outside of the letter and handing it to the on-site staff. ⦁Please comply with the instructions of fan managers and station staff. ⦁Please refrain from making negative comments about other fandoms and artists that might result in conflicts during the event. We urge you to contribute to maintaining a respectful fandom culture. ⦁To ensure the safety of both artists and fans, please avoid inappropriate behavior, including approaching the vehicles of JUST B’s members during their commutes to and from work. ⦁We kindly request your cooperation to maintain the seamless flow of the broadcast. If your behavior is deemed excessively disruptive, on-site staff may intervene or impose penalties, even if it doesn’t fall under the previously mentioned guidelines. [SPECIAL EVENT Information] ⦁When a pre-recording is held during the public broadcast for JUST B 4TH MINI ALBUM “÷ (NANUGI),” one autographed Polaroid photo (of a random member) will be given away through a number drawing. ⦁Winners will be selected by using your attendance stickers and number given out on-site, not by their roster number. ⦁The winners will be announced on the day of the pre-recording through the JUST B Official Twitter account (@JUSTB_Official), so please be sure to check for updates. ⦁If you misplace your attendance card, attendance sticker, or number tag provided on the day of the pre-recording, verifying the winner and awarding the prize could become challenging, so please keep them secure. We will not be liable for any penalties arising from a failure to acquaint yourself with this notice. Thank you.
