To be announced *This face-to-face fan signing event will be held as an event to sign an object. *This face-to-face fan signing event will be held without the installation of an acrylic screen. *The obligation to wear masks has been lifted, but we recommend using hand sanitizers and wearing masks for the health of participants. Six of the winners of this face-to-face fan signing event will be drawn and one Polaroid decorated (random member) will be presented. [Video Call Fan-Signing Event Gift] 1. All applicants for this video call fan signing event will receive an unreleased double-sided photocard (front and back ver.) [Face to-Face event Process] ※ This event will thoroughly follow the preventive measures against COVID-19. For more details, please check the announcement on the website of the store. - You’re not allowed to carry your mobile phone or recordable electronic devices (including smart watch) when you get the autographs. If you get caught carrying them, please keep in mind that the staff will check your belongings and may delete the data and order to leave the venue. - This event is an object signing event, and we do not give you a separate album on site, so please bring the object that the winner will sign with you. - On-site staff will inspect the items that you will get signed when you verify your identity verification. - The staff will check the items to be signed before the signing event begins. (The Post-it questions on delicate issues such as private and aggressive questions may be stopped by the staff.) - Question post-its are only allowed for multiple-choice questions, and post-its and blank post-its that require lengthy answers such as picture requests, letters, and acrostic poems can be restrained by STAFF. - You’re not allowed to ask a big favor or personal questions to the artists. If you swear or denounce them, behave appropriately or request something other than the autograph(P.s, Drawing etc), you may be ordered to leave the venue by the staff. - Please collect props such as headbands, flower crowns, and hats after the fan signing event. Please note that the items that have not been recovered will be discarded. (You can never ask for graffiti or autographs on fan signing props. If you receive graffiti and autographs on the item, you must return it to STAFF.) - You can only receive 'To.' in Korean and English. (Nickname and modifier not allowed) - Autographs are only available for new albums. You can't get an autograph on an album that's already signed. - You’re not allowed to bring any food or drink including water. - If you attend the signing event, please bring your ID. You cannot participate in the signing event if your ID is not verified. - You can apply for the event by deputy but only the winner can attend the signing event. (If the name of the winner is different from the name of the ID card, you’re not allowed to attend the signing event.) - It is unavailable to transfer or copy the ticket for the signing event. If you get caught in doing so, you will be excluded from all further events. - You can't get an autograph on an album that you've already received. ※ Eligible ID cards : Resident registration card, a passport before the expiration of the period , driver’s license, alien registration card (residence card), student card (with photo and date of birth), youth card, national license (with photo and date of birth) - You’re not allowed to enter the venue after the event begins, and switching seats will be limitedly available after entering the venue. If you change your seat arbitrarily or switch seats and move around too much in the middle of the fan-signing event, you may be ordered to leave the venue. (We kindly ask for your cooperation with the staff to prevent COVID-19.) - Only letters can be delivered at this fan signing event, and gifts cannot be delivered. [Video call event Process] - You can only receive 'To.' in Korean and English. (Nickname and modifier not allowed) - From the starting time of the event, the one-on-one video call will be made for one and a half minutes per member in the order of the number you received from the guidance for the winners in advance. - Before starting the event, we’ll give you the guidance on the event in advance via the mobile messenger in the order of winning. If you don’t take the video call more than twice in your turn, we’ll call you one more time at the end of the video call event. If you don’t receive the call to the end, it will be impossible to proceed with the video call event. Please apply for the event only if you are available for the video call after checking the event time. - You’re not allowed to ask a big favor and personal questions to the artists. If you swear or denounce them, behave inappropriately or request something other than the autograph (P.s, Drawing etc) your call can be ended by the staff. - The video call and fan-signing event will take the same amount of time for all the winners. Since your participation may be limited when the conversation on the call is considered inappropriate, we kindly ask for your cooperation for the smooth progress of the event. - The video call will be made in the order of winning. If you exceed the time limit for each member, your call will be automatically moved on to the next member or ended. - Please end the video call when it’s over. (If the winner doesn’t end the call, the connection will be automatically terminated.) - Before starting the event, please check the network environment and video and audio settings of your device for the smooth progress of the event. - If someone else is connected or more than two people take the call during the event, the event will be ended by the staff, and you are not allowed to record the voice and videos and take photos using other electronic devices.
