Additional Notes [Support Guidelines] All support applications must be submitted via support@bluedot-ent.com and will only proceed after prior discussion and confirmation with the 담당 staff. Gifts are limited to items under KRW 1,000,000 per item. (Exception) Custom in-ear monitors, custom microphones, and other items directly related to broadcasts or performances may proceed without a price limit. Detailed item information is required when applying for support. (Receipt with purchase link and price confirmation must be attached.) Any items that differ from the approved application or fall under prohibited items may be returned or discarded without separate notice. Gifts such as keyrings, bracelets, etc. that were not pre-approved through the support application process may not be included inside fan letters. Items without a clear sender may be discarded. Unscheduled office visits or direct delivery of support through members or staff are not allowed. Any deliveries sent without prior discussion (quick delivery, parcel service, etc.) may be returned or discarded. Packages sent with unpaid shipping fees or EMS customs charges will be returned.
