(member who applied) [Video call event Process] - From the starting time of the event, the one-on-one video call will be made for one and a half minutes per member in the order of the number you received from the guidance for the winners in advance. (1:1 video call fan-signing will be held for approximately 5 minutes.) - Before starting the event, we’ll give you the guidance on the event in advance via the mobile messenger in the order of winning. If you don’t take the video call more than twice in your turn, we’ll call you one more time at the end of the video call event. If you don’t receive the call to the end, it will be impossible to proceed with the video call event. Please apply for the event only if you are available for the video call after checking the event time. - You’re not allowed to ask a big favor and personal questions to the artists. If you swear or denounce them, behave inappropriately or request something other than the autograph (P.s, Drawing etc) your call can be ended by the staff. - The video call and fan-signing event will take the same amount of time for all the winners. Since your participation may be limited when the conversation on the call is considered inappropriate, we kindly ask for your cooperation for the smooth progress of the event. - The video call will be made in the order of winning. If you exceed the time limit for each member, your call will be automatically moved on to the next member or ended. - Please end the video call when it’s over. (If the winner doesn’t end the call, the connection will be automatically terminated.) - Before starting the event, please check the network environment and video and audio settings of your device for the smooth progress of the event. - If someone else is connected or more than two people take the call during the event, the event will be ended by the staff, and you are not allowed to record the voice and videos and take photos using other electronic devices.
