If you receive a signature or comment on the item, you must return it to STAFF. - You can ask only one question per member for the Post-it questions, and it will be reviewed by the staff in advance. *The Post-it questions on delicate issues such as private and aggressive questions may be stopped by the staff. - Question post-its are only allowed for multiple-choice questions, and post-its and blank post-its that require lengthy answers such as picture requests, letters, and acrostic poems can be restrained by STAFF. - You’re not allowed to ask a big favor or personal questions to the artists. If you swear or denounce them, behave appropriately or request something other than the autograph(P.s, Drawing etc), you may be ordered to leave the venue by the staff. - You can only receive 'To.' in Korean and English. (Nickname and modifier not allowed) - Please collect props such as headbands, flower crowns, and hats after the fan signing event. Please note that the items that have not been recovered will be discarded. *You can never ask for graffiti or autographs on fan signing props. If you receive graffiti and autographs on the item, you must return it to STAFF. *Flowers [raw flowers, dry flowers], all kinds of food cannot be delivered. - Confetti, firecrackers, soap bubbles, and liquids cannot be brought into the signatory hall at the request of the rental office. - It is not possible to deliver gifts to artists, and in the case of letters, it can be delivered directly to the order of the members during the signing event. - In this fan signing event, you can take photos and videos at your own place during the process, but taking photos and recording while receiving an autograph is not possible, so when you receive an autograph, please put electronic devices such as cell phones and cameras in your seat and receive them. Please note that if you find out, you can delete data and take measures to exit along with STAFF's confirmation process. * It is also not possible to carry electronic devices and instant photo items as props for signing events. - You’re not allowed to bring any food or drink including water. - If you want to attend the signing event, please make sure to bring your ID and the album to be autographed. You can't participate in the signing event if your ID is not verified your ID. - You can apply for the event by deputy but only the winner can attend the signing event. (If the name of the winner is different from the name of the ID card, you’re not allowed to attend the signing event.) - It is unavailable to transfer or copy the ticket for the signing event. If you get caught in doing so, you will be excluded from all further events. ※ Eligible ID cards : Resident registration card, a passport before the expiration of the period , driver’s license, alien registration card (residence card), student card (with photo and date of birth), youth card, national license (with photo and date of birth) - You’re not allowed to enter the venue after the event begins, and switching seats will be limitedly available after entering the venue. If you change your seat arbitrarily or switch seats and move around too much in the middle of the fan-signing event, you may be ordered to leave the venue. [Video call event Process] - From the starting time of the event, the one-on-one video call will be made for one and a half minutes per member in the order of the number you received from the guidance for the winners in advance. (unit video call fan-signing will be held for approximately 3 minutes.) - Before starting the event, we’ll give you the guidance on the event in advance via the mobile messenger in the order of winning. If you don’t take the video call more than twice in your turn, we’ll call you one more time at the end of the video call event. If you don’t receive the call to the end, it will be impossible to proceed with the video call event. Please apply for the event only if you are available for the video call after checking the event time. - You’re not allowed to ask a big favor and personal questions to the artists. If you swear or denounce them, behave inappropriately or request something other than the autograph (P.s, Drawing etc) your call can be ended by the staff. - You can only receive 'To.' in Korean and English. (Nickname and modifier not allowed) - The video call and fan-signing event will take the same amount of time for all the winners. Since your participation may be limited when the conversation on the call is considered inappropriate, we kindly ask for your cooperation for the smooth progress of the event. - The video call will be made in the order of winning. If you exceed the time limit for each member, your call will be automatically moved on to the next member or ended. - Please end the video call when it’s over. (If the winner doesn’t end the call, the connection will be automatically terminated.) - Before starting the event, please check the network environment and video and audio settings of your device for the smooth progress of the event. - If someone else is connected or more than two people take the call during the event, the event will be ended by the staff, and you are not allowed to record the voice and videos and take photos using other electronic devices. [Notices] - The purchased items during the application period cannot be cancelled and refunded after the end of the event and announcement of the event winners. - In the case of a video call event, the handwritten signature sent to the winner will be delivered sequentially after the event is over. - All personal information you gave when applying for the event will be discarded in a lump within 30 days after the end of the event. - For more information on the fan-signing event, please contact the store. - Please understand in advance that this event may be attended by members who are absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and the notice of absence may be announced immediately before the event. - This event is subject to some changes and cancellations without prior notice.
