Hello. This is your KATSEYE community manager. We are very excited to announce that KATSEYE will be performing an exclusive event to celebrate the release of their debut EP, “SIS (Soft Is Strong)”. We would like to invite EYEKONS to join us for a night of never before seen performances and fun surprises! We will also be hosting a fan sign after the event. Please read below for more information and details. [Event Date & Time] Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 • Doors open at 6:30PM PT • KATSEYE Soft Is Strong Fan Event starts at 7:30PM PT • Fan Sign event starts at 9:00PM PT (selected 50 people can join) *Check-in time will be announced at a later date *The time of the fan-signing may be changed due to unforeseeable circumstances. Should any changes occur, information will be provided through notifications on KATSEYE Weverse and Official X account. *KATSEYE Soft Is Strong Fan Event will also be available on livestream. [Venue] El Rey Theater 5515 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 [How to receive an Invitation] • Sign-up for a chance to receive an invitation through https://katseye.lnk.to/signup from August 7th 12PM PT to August 12th 11:59PM PT • A select number of fans will receive an invitation through their email on Tuesday, August 13th • Selected fans must submit their RSVP by 12PM PT on Wednesday, August 14th *Additional note: If you are already signed up for KATSEYE’s newsletter, you do not need to sign up again [Details for fan sign event] Participants: 50 people will be randomly selected among those who RSVP for KATSEYE Soft Is Strong Fan Event Live at the El Rey Winner Announcements: winners will be notified at check-in Check-in and event details: • Autographs will be signed only on approved items. • Only fan letters or message books will be allowed at the fan sign event. All other gifts will be prohibited. • Only one person per invitation can participate, and you cannot transfer or sell the invitation to another individual. (In such a case, you will be denied access to the event.) • Transferring, selling or other improper trading of the invitation will restrict you from participating in KATSEYE events in the future. [Important Information] • Please make sure you have an ID card that can verify your identity for check-in. • School ID, Passport, Driver’s License, State ID. Only physical ID cards with a valid expiration date will be accepted. • The ID card must display your name, photo and date of birth. If they do not match the information in your application, you will be denied access. • Attendees must be 18+ or be accompanied by 18+ guardian to attend. • Parking at El Rey Theater is limited to street parking. We recommend taking public transportation or rideshare if possible. • Limited quantity of KATSEYE merchandise will be sold inside the El Rey Theater. • Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse before the venue opens. • Since the waiting area is outdoors, please be especially careful to prevent heat-related illness and safety accidents. • Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken inside and around the El Rey Theater as we create content. • Videos will be taken during the KATSEYE fan event .
