In celebration of KATSEYE’s ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ EP release, we would like to inform EYEKONS about a BEAUTIFUL CHAOS Fan Tailgating Experience in Los Angeles! We are providing guidance on how to participate through the notice below for you to go through before registering, so please read it thoroughly. [Event Date and Time (PT)] Friday, June 27th from 3-6 PM PT [Location] Los Angeles (The exact location will be announced individually to selected participants.) [Number of Selected Participants] 250 Participants - participants will be able to bring 1 guest. [Who Can Register?] All KATSEYE Weverse Community Members are eligible to register for entry 👉Register 👉Check Registration Status Check your status above. Selected Participants are notified via email from Weverse America. [Entry Period (PT)] Wednesday June 25th @ 12:00 PM PT - Wednesday, June 25th @ 8:00PM PT [Important Information] ▶ Required Items for Identity Verification: ID ★ You will not be able to participate if you fail to present all of the required items. There will be NO exceptions, so please make sure to check the required items carefully. - Please present the participant’s screen on Weverse and a valid form of physical ID that can verify your identification. You are responsible for presenting a valid form of ID. - The ID must match the participant’s application information, and it should clearly verify your name, date of birth, and photo. Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. [Please Note During Registration] ★ Please ensure that when you register to attend, that you are able to attend the event at the specified time and location mentioned. Selected participants who fail to show up at the event, will be prohibited from participating in events in the future. 1. You will be redirected to the sign up page when you tap ‘Register' on the announcement posted on KATSEYE Weverse. 2 Registration is processed based on the time of entry. 3. You cannot be selected as a participant multiple times. 4. The selected participant announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted when registering. 5. Please note that the name of the person who signed up to attend must match the name on the passport or valid ID. (Names entered in Korean or other languages will not be accepted.) 6. When registering, Weverse will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and state/city of residence). Selected participants will be required to provide personal information as below for their registration and their participation in the event. : Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), date of birth, and State/City of residence. : Purpose of collecting personal information: For participant selection and event operation of BEAUTIFUL CHAOS Fan Tailgating Experience in Los Angeles. : Personal information provided to: WEVERSE COMPANY Inc., HYBE UMG LLC., WEVERSE AMERICA Inc. : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who register, the information will be discarded within 3 months after the event ends. The selected participants’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. 7. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite. 8. Only selected participants are permitted to participate in the event. 9. This admission cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring these details or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 10. Selected participants must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 11. The event is open to those born on or before June 27, 2007. Minors who are 17 or younger will not be able to attend this event. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - US nationality: Driver’s License, Passport, US Resident Registration Card, US Driver Learner’s Permit, etc. - Non-US nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for registration. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for registration, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For customers who registered to attend with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for registration. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. - This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
