Hello, This is your KATSEYE Community Manager. We’re excited to announce a ticket giveaway for KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS film in select cities. This film is a love letter to you, EYEKONS, and will be in cinemas worldwide with limited screenings beginning August 12. Before applying, please read the notice below carefully for important information and participation details. [Screening Information] ▶ More Information: katseyewildheartsfilm.com [Prize Details] One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets for themselves and a guest to their preferred screening of KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS [Who Can Participate] - All KATSEYE Weverse Community Members are eligible to apply for the event - All fans who wish to enter must adhere to the above guidelines before submitting their application, and must be 13 years of age or older at the time of the event. 👉Application Link [Application Period (PT)] Thursday, August 6th @ 11:00 AM PT - Sunday, August 9th @ 11:59PM PT [Selected Participant Announcement] After Tuesday, August 11th - The selected participants will be announced via the Event Entries page. Please check to see your results! [Please Note During Registration] ★ Please ensure that when you register to attend, that you are able to attend the event at the specified time and location mentioned. The giveaway includes event admission only. No accommodation, transportation, meals, travel expenses, or other costs will be provided. The winner is responsible for all arrangements and expenses required to attend the event. ★ 1. You will be redirected to the sign up page when you tap ‘Register' on the announcement posted on KATSEYE Weverse. 2. Registration is processed based on the time of entry. 3. You cannot be selected as a participant multiple times. 4. The selected participant announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted when registering. 5. Please note that the name of the person who signed up to attend must match the name on the passport or valid ID. (Names entered in Korean or other languages will not be accepted.) 6. When registering, Weverse will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, phone number, and Country/City/State of residence). Selected participants will be required to provide personal information as below for their registration and their participation in the event. : Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), date of birth, phone number, and Country/City/State of residence. : Purpose of collecting personal information: For participant selection and event operation of KATSEYE: WILDHEARTS Ticket Giveaway : Personal information provided to: WEVERSE COMPANY Inc., HYBE UMG LLC., WEVERSE AMERICA Inc. : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who register, the information will be discarded within 3 months after the event ends. The selected participants’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. 7. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite. 8. Only selected participants are permitted to participate in the event. 9. The selected participation cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the selected participation, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 10. The selected participant must bring a valid photo ID to receive their ticket. Valid photo ID may be required to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 14. The event is open to those born on or before August 7th, 2012. We are thankful for EYEKONS' love and support.
