We would like to provide the following information on official merchandise and the booths operation for the 2026 ‘KATSEYE: THE WILDWORLD TOUR’ in Europe and the UK. A. September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. B. September 3, 2026 (Thursday) ~ September 4, 2026 (Friday) at O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom. C. September 6, 2026 (Sunday) at Co-Op Live in Manchester, United Kingdom. A. 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland (Based on Dublin local time) OPERATING HOURS AND LOCATIONS Exterior Booth - Date: September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) - Time: 10AM ~ 5PM - Locations: There will be merchandise available for sale outside the venue. ※ There will be a dedicated VIP Express Line or Booth for VIP ticket holders ONLY. Interior Booth - Date: September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) - Time: GA Doors Open ~ End of Show - Locations: There will be merchandise in select booths inside the venue B. Interior Booth - Date: September 6, 2026 (Sunday) - Time: GA Doors Open ~ End of Show - Locations: There will be merchandise in select booths inside the venue IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PURCHASE Purchase Limits: - OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK is limited to 1 per person - Purchase limits are subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. Please check the information at the on-site sales booth. Payment Methods: Due to the venue policy, payments can only be made by card. - Accepted Payments Methods: - Credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. - Others: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. - Please note that certain payment methods may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company or venue. Currency: All payments must be made in the local currency. Sales Tax: All sales prices include sales tax. Shopping Bags: No bags will be provided, in accordance with venue policy. Refunds & Exchanges: - Refunds or exchanges are not provided for a simple change of mind. - Exchange due to product defects can only be done on-site at the venue. - Please check your product carefully after you receive it. - A valid receipt is required to exchange any defective item. (If the item is sold out and a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.) Early Sold Out: Products may be sold out early and sales may end early if all items are sold out. Operating Hours/Location: Booth locations and operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. To ensure smooth operations, sales may be temporarily suspended during the performance. No Overnight Lining: Please do not line up overnight. Your safety cannot be guaranteed during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. Counterfeit/Illegal Products: - Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The 2026 ‘KATSEYE: THE WILDWORLD TOUR’ in EU & UK official merchandise will be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and the official online store, Weverse Shop. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. - Counterfeit or imitation light sticks cannot be linked with central concert control. [Notice of Photography and Filming] Be advised that photography, video recording and/or audio recording may take place in the venue. By entering these premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent and grants the producers, HYBE UMG, LLC and their respective affiliates, licensees, and successors the right to use and exploit your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world and in perpetuity, in connection with such exploitation without payment or compensation of any kind to you. You further waive and release any claims or demands you may have related to the use of recorded media containing your appearance or likeness. If you do not agree, please do not enter this area.
