Hello. This is the manager of Kep1er’s fan club. Here are the guidelines for your admission to open broadcasting shows with designated seats for fan clubs. Please note that all public broadcasts will generally proceed according to the guidelines below. However, details may be subject to change or revisions depending on the policies of each broadcasting station and the nature of each program. We kindly ask that you review both the general notice and the participation notice for the specific broadcast once again before attending. [On-site Rules] 1. Please cooperate to the guide/instruction from staffs on site. 2. Please check the staff_Kep1er (@staff_kep1er) X account for related updates and notices. 3. For safety and trouble-free participation in open broadcasting shows, please refrain from running, pushing and climbing onto structures(rail, bench etc.) 4. Photography, video recording, and audio recording that have not been approved in advance are strictly prohibited. Members who joined on or after March 31, 2026, will not be recognized.) - Identification * Kep1er The 8th Mini Album <CRACK CODE> Album certification sticker - The album verification sticker will only be issued after all three physical album versions have been confirmed. - The album verification sticker cannot be verified through a purchase receipt. (Verification via purchase receipt will only be available until April 3.) Please make sure to bring all physical albums with you for the public broadcast. * Digital Track Purchase Verification - A purchase history document (including account ID information) and a printout of the personal information page are required. (Only PC screen printouts will be accepted.) - Only purchase history and personal information pages from Melon will be recognized. * Only the personal information page based on the renewed Melon homepage will be accepted. - Verification cannot be completed through the app or mobile web due to delays in the checking process. - Only downloads of MP3 or FLAC files will be recognized. - If the account is registered under a family member’s name, please bring a Family Relationship Certificate or a Resident Registration Transcript. * Those who have completed album and or digital track verification will be given a sticker, and future verification may be completed using the with the sticker attached. * Identification card Everyone: Passport, national technical certificate, welfare card, national merit card Adult, university students: Identification card, driver’s license, public official card etc. Junior-high/High school students: Identification card, student ID, youth card etc. Elementary school students: Youth card, health insurance card, resident registration copy/abstract form etc. Foreigners: Alien registration card etc. - Your ID card must include your name, date of birth and photo. - Youth cards can be issued for teenagers from 9 years old to under 18 years old at your city/gun/gu office within jurisdiction or at your eup/myeon/dong community service center. - You cannot be identified if your student ID doesn’t include essential elements(Photo, name, date of birth) even though it was issued by your school. In that case, please use another ID card. - You can check the types of national technical certificates at the ‘my certification’ tab on Q-net website. - Expired ID cards will not be accepted. - Participation is not possible if the real ID card is not confirmed or if the name of the applicant is different. [How to Apply for Public Broadcasts] * Applications must be submitted through the participation link for each public broadcast posted on the Weverse Notice Board. After the application period closes, please check the Event Application History page to and to view your winner number. * The application page will be activated 15 minutes prior to the application opening time. Once the page is activated, please fill in your personal information, agree to the collection and use of personal information, and submit your application at the designated time. * In the event of duplicate applications, only the most recently submitted application time will be recognized. * No changes can be made under any circumstances after submitting your application, so please make sure to enter your information carefully. * If you wish to revise your information, you must submit a new application, which will be treated as a duplicate application. * Cases in Which Applicants May Be Excluded from the List - If incorrect information has been entered in the application form (e.g. invalid format, typographical errors, etc.) - If the applicant is under the age of 15 - Blacklisted individuals [Cautions on admission] * The exact number of attendees permitted will be determined on-site on the day of the broadcast. There may be cases where you may not be able to enter due to circumstances at the broadcasting company. * Admission for open broadcasting shows are based on the order applications have been submitted as a rule. If you were unable to complete the pre-application and wish to participate on-site, please make sure to bring all items required for Priority Group 3. * The label number distributed during the attendance check will be your official admission number. It will not be reissued if lost, so please keep it safe. * If you are unaware of your list number, leave your place during the attendance check, or arrive late, your list number will become invalid and you will be checked in at the very end of your applicable priority group. * Please line up in a single according to your number 10 minutes before the attendance check begins. * Age restrictions are subject to the standards of each broadcasting station and event. (As of 2026, permitted only for those after their birthday in born 2011.) * On-site staff will check the applicant list and label numbers at any time. (If you need to leave your place, please be sure to inform the on-site staff in advance.) * Even if you arrive after the attendance check time, please make sure to confirm your attendance to avoid any disadvantage regarding participation in the public broadcast. [Suspension from Public Broadcast Participation or Removal from the Venue] * Excessive personal comments or actions may be grounds for removal from the venue. Please express your support for the artist through the official Fanchant Guide. * If any unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording is discovered, you will be required to delete the data immediately and will be removed from the venue. In such cases, two warnings will be issued, and you will not be permitted to participate in any public broadcasts for the remainder of this album period. * If you are found engaging in actions such as running into the road during arrival or departure, blocking the path of vehicles, or attempting to excessively deliver gifts or letters by throwing them, you will not be permitted to participate in any public broadcasts for the remainder of this album period. * If your name appears on the participation list after applying for a public broadcast, but you are absent from the offline three times, you will not be permitted to participate in any public broadcasts for the remainder of this album period. * Even in cases not specified above, if your behavior disrupts the smooth operation of the event depending on on-site circumstances, you may be removed from the venue or suspended from participating in public broadcasts.
