Hello. This is PALMTREE ISLAND. XIA 2023 CONCERT Chapter 1 : Recreation will be held at JAMSIL INDOOR STADIUM from December 29th to 31st. Outside the venue, the ‘COCONUT ZONE’ will be set up for COCONUT. In the anticipated cold weather, where temperatures are expected to drop below freezing, we plan to operate a booth with a heater installed to help thaw your hands and provide a respite from the chilly wind. We plan to provide warm water within the booth, and you can receive a limited edition cupholder for this concert at a fixed cost. Please refer to the details below for more information, and we kindly ask for your interest and participation. Thank you. 1. Operating hours and guidelines for ‘COCONUT ZONE’ Operating hours : Opens 4 hours before the performance starts and closes 30 minutes before it begins. * 12/29 (Fri) 16:00-19:30, 12:30 (Sat) 15:00-18:30, 12/31 (Sun) 14:00-17:30 - It operates only within designated hours for smooth use. - Free sharing and exchange activities among fans are allowed. Commercial selling and monetary transactions are strictly prohibited. - We provide hot water in disposable paper cups. Please exercise caution while consuming, as the temperature may vary for each individual. - The use of the 'COCONUT ZONE' booth and the entrance for purchasing cup holders are clearly separated. Those who only wish to use the booth can enter through the 'COCONUT Entrance' and cupholder purchases are not available along this route. For those purchasing cup holders, entry is possible through the 'Cupholder Entrance', and booth access is also available along this route. - Please conclude the use of the booth when your free activity is finished to accommodate more people. - In case of safety concerns due to congestion, safety personnel may implement restrictions. 2. ‘COCONUT ZONE’ cupholder guide - If you pay 1,000 won, you can receive a limited edition cupholder for this concert. - Payment is accepted in cash and card. (Only 1,000 won bills are accepted for cash payment) - We will check the tickets on the day of the performance. (Separately marked on the back of the ticket) - For more COCONUT users, you can purchase one holder per person. - If you wish to repurchase, you can enter again and purchase one holder per person.
