In case it is restricted from returning, regretfully it will be disposed - All electronic devices (Tablet PC, Smartphone, Smart watch etc) will be considered as “Support items” and it must be discussed with the fan community personnel in advance. - Please refrain from visiting the office to personally handover/drop off fan letters and gifts. Method of delivery - On-site delivery or Quick service or Parcel [NOTICE] - Date on the mail subject is date of the Support, not the date of e-mail submission – It is mandatory to insert the header [KINO Support Application] on the mail subject. (The indicated mail address is general inquiry mail, so incorrect header will result in late response) - All applications are accepted by the order of the submission and only ones submitted after official event announcement counts. (The wished support date and actual available date might be different) - Only the applications that has submitted below attached application form and gotten a final approval from the fan community personnel will be allowed to send the items. - Only the items written down on the application form will be accepted (All items not indicated on the application form will be disposed) - Please refrain from sending overly expensive items and/or any controversial items that may damage the artist and his/her brand. - Should an autograph of artist or picture verification of the support be requested to any label personnel, such support items will be cancelled, and all future applications will be banned. - All supports are subject of cancellation or date change upon the event ground’s conditions. - Only donatable “bouquet” are allowed at Concerts and official fan meet events. (rice, milk, egg, etc). This shall also be approved by the fan community personnel prior to the event. [Items not allowed] - Flower Bouquet for all events (Inefficient space at the office building) - All perishable foods like cakes (Cream, Rice cake, Cheese etc), fresh and/or artificial flower - Only lunch/dinner box are allowed (no other foods will be accepted) - Additional Support for TV station and label personnel (Only limited to artist) - No items will be accepted at the office building during the weekend - Any and all items that’s not followed the above application process and directly given to other related personnel (e.g. via production company, artist manager, artist etc) - Any and all items that’s not been approved by fan community personnel in advance.
