Below are the information on how to apply for music show recording participation. For any fans who would like to participate at a recording, submit the application accordingly. [How to apply and entry priority] ✔️ How to apply 1. Application will be open for the show recordings that has allocated seats for KINO’s fan club. 2. All events for application will be posted on KINO Weverse Notice board 3. Please check for the application period and its link / available seats / on-site line-up time and location will be indicated on each notice post and official X account (@nakedxproud). 4. Application will be submitted on Weverse (first come first serve basis) ✔️ Eligibility - KINO Weverse community member + Purchased 2 versions of KINO 1st EP [If this is love, I want a refund] (Reality ver., Expectation Ver.) + Holding an all track download receipt of KINO 1st EP [If this is love, I want a refund] / proof of User profile page ✔️ Entry Priority : Entry No./ Waiting list No. / Late / On-site applicant / one’s who didn’t bring required items. - Number of participants and entry priority varies by the events and on-site conditions. Please check notice board for each event - In case you are late or didn’t bring required items, your will be deprioritize despite the entry number you received. - For waiting list number holders, we do not guarantee the show participation. Also, there will be no penalty given in case you do not participate. * For ID check, you must provide government issued document with your picture on it (physical copy or digital). No entry will be permitted without a valid ID. - As just like ID, in case you do not have two or more required items, your entry will be restricted despite the entry number issued to you. ✔️ NOTICE 1. Application pages will be active 10 minutes prior to the application time. Please check the form and click the [Application] button on time. 2. Information submitted cannot be changed, Please review all of your information prior to submit the application. 3. If you don’t accept personal information collection, your application will not be completed. 4. We are not responsible for submission error caused by network problems. 5. Application status and final results will be posted on “Event Application History” section of KINO’s Weverse community ✔️ Required On-site Items * All fans who have received participation card at KINO 1st EP [If this is love, I want a refund] Music show recording ground, please show the card and ID for prompt identification check. * Please input all required info on the participation card. Any information missing will result in identification check failure. You must have actual album and download receipts in with you. (In case of missing item, your entry will be deprioritized as indicated on above “Entry priority” section.) 1. ID * Accepted: Residence card, Driver’s license, passport, Youth identification card, Youth identification application completion document, Alien identification card (for foreigners living in Korea) - ID must have a picture and date of birth indicated - Photocopy or a picture of an ID will not be accepted. Please bring the physical copy. - A screengrab of mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run Mobile ID app at the venue. - All other IDs accept the ones indicated above will not be accepted (e.g. Debit/credit card, student card etc) 2. KINO 1st EP [If this is love, I want a refund] physical album - ‘Not for sale’ album doesn’t count, must bring both CD and Album cover - Only the items indicated above is required, any other items included in the album is not necessary. * Album purchase receipt is accepted until Saturday of the EP release week (24.05.04.) Please note the verification stickers for EP can only be distributed if you bring the album in person *Album purchase receipt: A printout of album purchase receipt (of the online store) + personal info page of the store that indicates your name and contact number. - Unidentifiable Low-resolution printout will not be accepted 3. KINO 1st EP [If this is love, I want a refund] All track download receipt - MelOn: Only valid Tracks download site - A printout of Melon’s user page is accepted. Please see below example - Unidentifiable Low-resolution printout will not be accepted * Please see below images [On-site Instruction] - Only the applications who met all the submission requirements will be able to check the number issued on “Event Application History” section of KINO’s Weverse community. - Please come 10 minutes prior to the announced line-up time and line up according to your number. - Entry No. ticket will be distributed at the time announced - If you happened to be absent during the line-up time, you will be considered “Late” and your entry will be deprioritized after waiting list number received fans - Entry No. ticket will be distributed after ID check - Any and all entry no. ticket exchange or selling will result in permitted ban for all future events. - Entry No. ticket cannot be reissued, so please store and handle them at your own risk. - Number of allowed audiences at a recording may change according to on-site & program’s condition. In such chase, despite the entry no. ticket issued, your entry may be restricted. We ask for your kind understanding. - Personally created items/ unofficial merchandise cannot be used. Ex.) Sign board, slogan, Cellphone neon sign app, dolls, fans, unofficial merch, cellphone LED etc. - Please follow on-site staff/security and a program’s audience instruction for a safe and prompt recording. - Please note that due to on-site conditions, changes can be made to the announcements made beforehand. - Please refrain from screaming or cheering in overly loud volume. - You cannot leave in the middle of the recording. Should you leave the studio, you cannot re-entry the recording. - All actions that violates copyrights and likeness infringement are strictly prohibited at a recording studio. It includes but not limited to photography, video & audio recordings, audio/video live streaming. Anyone who attempts such actions will be forced to leave the site and all data recorded will be deleted on site. This may also affect the result of future event participation - No gifts will be received accept fan letters on the day of recording. - Please read all notice and as the notice may change by the request of tv station, event promoter and organizers. Please check the notice regularly. [Penalty] 1. All fans who do not show up 3 or more times after entry number issued. Such fans will be restricted to participate in any show recording events until the next album release. – Only participating in live recordings (and absent at pre-recordings) will be considered as 1 absent. - In case, there are multiple recordings on a day, all absent will be counted accordingly. 2. Any fans who do not show up at the recording after receiving live recording participation merch, such fans will be restricted to participate in any show recording events until the next album release. 3. In case a fan false report or rent participation required items to another fan, such fan will be restricted to participate in any show recording events until the next album release. 4. Any actions that distracts on-site operation, create discomfortable to fellow participants, at on-site staff’s will, such fan will be either warned or banned from entering the studio recording. ※ Personal information collection Agreement - Collecting party: Weverse Company - Purpose: To check the eligibility of participants who entered events organized for KINO Weverse members - Data collected: Weverse ID, Name (given and last name), date of birth, phone number - Data store and usage period: From the day of application until 7 days after the end of the event. All information of the applicants who didn’t win the events will be immediately deleted on the day of winner announcement. ※ Third party access of personal info Agreement - Receiving party: NAKED - Purpose: To check the eligibility of participants who entered events organized for KINO Weverse members and identification check on the day of event - Data provided: Name (given and last name), date of birth, phone number - Data store and usage period: From the day of application until 7 days after the end of the event. All information of the applicants who didn’t win the events will be immediately deleted on the day of winner announcement. * You have all rights to disagree on above agreement, should you decided to disagree to provide the info, you may be restricted for participating or accessing above mentioned service.
