LE SSERAFIM 231225 SBS Gayo Daejeon Participation [Date] 5:10 PM, Monday, December 25, 2023 (KST) [Roll Call Location] INSPIRE ARENA * The exact location will be notified through Twitter on the day of event [Roll Call Time] 1:00 PM, Monday, December 25, 2023 (KST) [Number of Participants] 60 people (first-come, first-served) * FEARNOT participating in the event are encouraged to arrive early and wait for check-in, as there may be a long queue if a large number of participants show up at the check-in location simultaneously on the day of the event. * Please make sure to bring the ticket, wristband distributed during the roll for every recording. Those whose wristbands have either been damaged or lost will be denied entry. * Participants who fail to arrive on time for the check-in, will be considered late and move to the “Late” line. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the deadline. * You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. * You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account.) * The winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications entered exactly starting from the application time. * Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. * Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, applications by a third party individual, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a cancellation of the win without exception and will be denied entry to this event. (Download statement will not be required; A participation sticker will not be provided.) * Please make sure to fill out all of your personal information on the attendance card. Attendance cards without information will not be accepted for identity verification. 1) Three versions of LE SSERAFIM’s 1st Studio Album “UNFORGIVEN” - Only those who purchased three or more random versions or one set through Weverse Shop can apply for the event. - COMPACT Ver. and Weverse Albums Ver. will not be considered for the event application. - Winners do not have to show physical albums on-site, as their album purchases will be acknowledged automatically. 2) ID Card with a Recognizable Photo ※ Valid Forms of ID - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - IDs that have expired, lack information, are photographs/printouts/mobile screenshots, etc., will not be accepted. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you entered your name in a language other than English and are unable to verify your identity with your English name on your passport, we may request an additional photo ID card with your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. - If you entered your name in English when signing up for your FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Name on ID: 김채원 -> Name on Application: 김채원 (O) // Name on Application: KIM CHAEWON (X) * Name on ID: HONG EUNCHAE -> Name on Application: HONG EUNCHAE (O) // Name on Application: 홍은채 (X) 3) Download Statement of all the tracks in LE SSERAFIM’s 1st Studio Album, “UNFORGIVEN” / Melon Profile Page - Download all 13 tracks and print out the page so that the titles of the 13 tracks can be clearly seen. - We only accept hard copies (printouts). A screenshot of the page (image) on your mobile phone will not be accepted. - Only the list of “individual songs” or “FLAC” will be accepted, not “DCF.” 4) LE SSERAFIM OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK ※ In case you missed to bring some items - You will be unable to participate in the event and marked absent. - In case you manage to bring the item you forgot before the end of the roll call, you can get the item checked and marked present again. - You will be marked late even if you manage to bring the item within time. Please stand in the “Late” line after having your items checked. [Important Information for Participating in the Event] * If you were included in the participant list after application but do not participate in the event you will receive a penalty. * The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official light stick is prohibited. The on-site staff may restrain you if you use such items. * Leaving all of the recording venues of LE SSERAFIM will take place after the performances have ended. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including freely leaving the designated seat or leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages to the entire fan club, such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a smooth music show. * Only those born before December 25, 2008 can attend this event. Those born in 2008 and after will not be able to enter even with the accompaniment of a guardian. * You may deliver your letters to the LE SSERAFIM members at the event through the on-site staff. * Anyone found to violate the list of prohibitions mentioned in the FAN ETIQUETTE Notice may be banned from participating in future official LE SSERAFIM events. * You will not be able to participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of your personal information when you apply for the event. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Collection: To verify the eligibility to apply for the LE SSERAFIM GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holder event. - Collected Information: Weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within seven days after the termination of the fan event.
